Laguna Faro Suites - Adults Only

Amazing hotel with great facilities and location. View from our balcony was great and also the rooftop pool/bar is one of the very few in Grado. Great breakfast selection and generally hospitable staff.

Amazing design, nice pieces of furniture, lamps, wood flooring, slippersThe breakfast is high high class- the coffee, the dishes, the setup, the serviceWe had an amazing terace, facing the sea.The swimming pool is very practical and pleasent, the view, exquisite, the sunset admiring point is top notch.Parking in front of hotel is another big plus.The partnering beach is very convenient.The spa facilities are nicely planned and executed.

Breakfast

Much too small room, 3 star quality - not less but definitely not more Paid extra for seaview - got a room on 2nd floor with the only view was to a public building with noisy machinesThere should be private beach and beach a few m - but that is wrong - there is no beach as the hotel is a marina — the beach itself is a few hundred meters - so you have to walk there with your belongings..They include a voucher for one day of use of beach (value around 25 euro) BUT they did not give the voucher to us: as their policy is to give it only for the day of arrival - what made no sense as we arrived at 9:30 pm so we would have used it the day of departure but they did not hand it to us Ah, we got some rotten fruits as welcome (pictures) —- so we spend 500 euros for nothing

The hotel is the dream location with dream services. The Beach umbrella and sunbeds makes the life easy, even they gave Us towels for the beach. The breakfast was breathtaking, real italian coffe, great selection of food. The pool is also fantastic.

Nothing at all.

The breakfast buffet is sensational! There is a large selection of fruits and desserts. Eggs and coffee can be ordered. The view from the (not heated) rooftop pool is very nice. Bicycles can be obtained free of charge from the hotel for a trip to the city.

The Comfort room is directly on the first floor and very noisy. Noises from the kitchen and reception (music, footsteps, door slamming, conversations and dishes) could be heard even at night (i.e. until midnight and from 5:30 on). The light in the room is controlled by a modern controller, which unfortunately illuminates the room in blue light all night.The staff is not very friendly. At the reception there was no explanation (e.g. regarding breakfast, check-out, pool, spa or sea).

Pool area on the roof could be laid out better. Less bar seating area and more sunbeds.Staff on arrival were not so helpful. We arrived early and did not expect the room to be ready. But they could have offered pool or beach facility until 15:00. Instead we just got ‘come back later’

Great location, extremely clean and tidy hotel and room, very tasty breakfast with variety of wonderful options.I would like to emphasise that all the staff were very helpful and nice.In addition, I would like thank Betty for her kindness and profesionalism!This hotel is ONE OF THE BEST to stay, rest and enjoy!Laguna Faro Suits is definitely the best choice to stay in, we will definately come again!THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!
