- The kids were entertained. When we changed our approach and relented to having spent nearly 200 EUR a night for camping and not comfort, everything was fine. No hot water. No coffee pot (huge minus points for that one). The bungalow was teeny tiny and cramped and not stocked at all. No soap. No sponge to wash dishes. Nothing. But the landscape was nice, the staff excellent, the facilities pretty good. The animation team was excellent, really, really good people. The restaurant... it swayed between irritatingly poor service and really friendly service, but generally good food. The cafe was fantastic (open at 7:30, thank God). The beach bar was also very, very good. They stopped serving food at 4, but the restaurant has a similar menu and they open at 5. Good programs for every age (really enjoyed the aqua arobics!). And the place is safe. The kids could run around and do their thing. There were little shops, games, video games, animation and entertainment at all times of the day.

- If you are hoping to go swimming in the sea, look elsewhere. This is a lagoon. There is more sea grass than water, especially when the tide is out. It never went over my waist and I'm 173 cm tall. You can walk 400 m and through a small path of another 200 m of sea grass through the water with any number of people and to a sand bar, but have fun. You're bathing in a warm, shallow bathtub with many others. The only place to swim was in the one pool which is deep throughout, or the shallow pool, which is shallow throughout. There's also a small kiddie pool which was also nice. The fact that you have to pay extra for the tennis court but everything else (including mini golf) is free is what broke the camel's back for us. Why you have to wear a bathing cap at the big pool but there is no shower there makes no hygienic sense to me whatsoever. Also, you need to bring every essential with you or buy it there (but there is a Spar onsite). I don't understand why these kinds of places don't have shelves available for their guests where, those who are leaving, can deposit bottles of oil and vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee, etc they no longer need to take home with them, and for those incoming, they can pick up what they need from the shelves. Instead, everyone is buying EVERYTHING, including dish soap, sponges and paper towels, as well as the essentials (coffee for no pot, for example). It's a freaking waste. We had to pay 6 EUR for parking every day we had the car inside the compound. This is one of the absolutely few holidays we had where I was not sad to leave and certainly did not feel I got value for money.
- Forget the beach for swimming, there are no waves and therefore the water is full of grass. If you order from booking com, you will need to pay for parking (6€/day) if you want your car next to the bungalow The food in the restaurant is good, but the waiters are some next level POS (wanted to take away the leftovers, first waiter was annoyed I even asked him something, promissed to help but left and worked outside. next waiter finally brought some boxes, threw it on the table and left). The cashier lady was at least nice.
- there weren't many things there for example soap, sponge for washing dishes, the bed was too uncomfortable, the blankets were dirty and old and the Wi-Fi didn't even work…

Good location
there weren't many things there for example soap, sponge for washing dishes, the bed was too uncomfortable, the blankets were dirty and old and the Wi-Fi didn't even work…
good location, lots of activities , calm and clean
Our room was too cold although the heating was always switched on
Brilliant just everything provided ; great area / fabulous for families and great holiday for dogs too
The pools .. the self contained bungalows bike hire entertainment
The camping itself was well kept and kids really loved the swimming pools. The shallow waters on the beach were quite interesting and the view on the mountains around Trieste bay was astonishing. Air conditioning in mobile home works like a charm.
The mobile home could be equipped with means to clean the dishes. There was a bit too much sea grass on the beach and in the water. You could not reach deeper waters without traversing through endless sea weeds.Look out for the camping restaurant - they tend to forget to put salami to your pizza!
The people were nice and there was no hidden cost: when we arrived we already knew what was included and what wasn't. The place was reasonably clean and quiet, if a little worn, very good for families (especially if your kids are about 4 and upwards). The access to the beach is easy and immediate.
Everything in the bungalow was SO F* LOW! I am 181 cm (5.9 ft) and stuff like the bathroom sink or the kitchen counter barely touched my upper thigh! My back was killing me every time I brushed my teeth. Also, I hate shower curtains with a passion xDThe afternoon activities (like yoga) are lovely but in my opinion should be done in a more secluded area since the garden poolside is quite uncomfortable and there is way too much noise. Finally, I know that the sea is not the village responsibility, but we noticed that the place next to this had some sort of structure to keep the worst of the algae away from their beach: we think if could be a nice addition, although we really enjoyed the sea as it was.
Location was good and whole area look so nice
Hot water from shower took about 10min time and towels cost ekstra
Great little apartment, very functional with equipment in garden. Great if you have a dog too. Loved the access to a long beach.
Unfortunately doesn't give towels or a bath mat. Otherwise good. For a short stay it's a shame there isn't tge basics like washing up liquid etc.
the area is nice, beach great...
the space infront of bungalow could be bigger- terrace.
It started quite nicely, new and comfortable Adria Mobil mobile home, good weather, grocery store in the camp. WiFi was reasonable. Camp spacious, quiet, has pools of which one is covered.
Last day we checked out, and camp sent somebody to check the mobile home as friends were waiting. The verdict was that I left some cups on the table and did not take out trash, so they would not check me out until I go and clean. This was awkward, never had this kind of experience in my life, and I am over 60. When I asked where was this rule communicated upfront, the response was not really sensitive, just that "this is camp not a hotel". It may well be, but this may be a local rule, have not met it so far anywhere. And in the mobile home there was no dishwasher soap or anything; this means people wash dishes with just water and put it in the drawers? On top of it one can see that buildings are not really maintained. Close to the restaurant the roof is rotten and will soon fall of. Our mobile home porch had roof, where wind removed the protections, roof was rotting.Camp needs some maintenance, review or rules and hospitality training for the staff. Until then, I will use different camps.
Nice staff and apartment.
The beach is not so nice.
Small but very well planned, clean and almost new bungalows. Very well handled outside area, seashore, friendly and helpful people.
Off season, so many facilities were unavailable, and construction work somewhere. Parking is 6 EUR/day, while car is the only way to get there.
Friendly staff. Dogs allowed and welcomed.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach. The nearest dog beach was closed.
Friendly staff and nice environment. Place is ideal for small children and parents also.
Beach is not proper for swimming and smelly..furnitures of the house is also stuffy.
There is an artificial grass soccer field and a basketball court we liked, both are excellent quality, and whenever we went there was always place for us to play???We stayed in a mobile home for a week ,it was quite new, clean, air conditioner refrigerator etc...,so it's 5/5???
I read a lots of negative opinions before our travel about the 'beach' , but it was quite a shock when I saw in real....Never I have seen such an 'unfit to swim' beach, just seagrass and shrimps and water up to ankle high?It was a huge disappointment for my family and as I saw for other people too.Luckily we had bicycles so we rolled to Grado every day ,at the far end of it there was a real beach that saved our holiday ,it is free ,huge thx for it??
Nice nd cousy accomodation. U have all inside for meal preparation. Comfortable bads. Nice area for kids as 5min walk is beach while the residence is full of cobtent for kids.
Sand beach for kids. Rental bikes.
Old and outdated kids playground. Additional charge for parking
The staff, the price.
Pools poor, tennis courts not open.
