Staff was very friendly.

The rooms and facilities are very old, 70s style. The breakfast buffet is very small, more like a 2 star restaurant.

Great location, superb breakfast with freshly made coffee and big choices of food, clean rooms, parking garage and free bikes, which was absolutely top! :)

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

Somewhat old fashioned and a renovation might be beneficial.

Breakfast was made great by the excellent coffee - only hotel we stayed at that had a barrister on duty for making proper coffee!

The Wellness area was not very inviting. It looked more like a hospital than a spa. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room.

This hotel is situated in the best location. Close to everything and the use of the bikes at no charge was a bonus. Staff are very pleasant and even let us check in slightly earlier as our rooms were available.

No kettle, cups, tea/coffee/milk in rooms. Major disappointment.

We arrived by bicycle and a van. People nicely helped us to arrange parking and store the bikes. The location is fantastic. We had a very nice breakfast before we left. There are planty of place to choose from if somebody wants to try local restaurants. Beach is in a few steps. All nice(

Doesn’t deserve 4 stars… the rooms are very old, bathroom with bathtub and curtain, dark tiles and the view from our junior suite balcony was directly into the kitchen’s or aircondition pipe system, which was also loud 24/7

The breakfast was a nice, with a good selection. The location is convenient and close to everything, making it perfect for exploring this fantastic destination. Grado itself is such a charming spot, full of beauty and character. The room was spacious, clean, and offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel has not been updated or touched since it opened in 1991. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillow flat as a sheet. Even though it was cool outside, the rooms were hot and stuffy. Upon asking to turn on the a/c unit, we were refused and told to open our windows. Upon opening the windows, had many bugs and mosquitos in my room. Got to sleep with many bug bites. There is nothing that I liked.

Location is amazing, right in the middle of old town, everything is in walking distance. Valet parking experience was great, the guys take good care.

Rooftop pool is nice, but not heated, so we couldn´t use it. Check-in was poor and staff was not friendly at all. The room we had was looking into the backyard and had a staircase in front of us, so basically we had no view at all. Breakfast is probably the worst I´ve ever experienced due to quality, selection and the breakfast room itself.

Breakfast could have been better

We loved the rooftop swimming pool. Also breakfast was very good.

The server who makes coffee in the morning breakfast was very rude, he literally was yelling at me in Italian (seems like he is saying he is the one who has to make it for me) when I ask him how do I operate coffee machine. I understood what he was saying, but as minutes pass I got upset because how he was yelling at me very loud and with angry face. Very rude person

Hotel with charm and atmosphere, wirth its name. Perfect location just on the beachfront, amazing rooftop swimming pool with sea water, comfortable room, decent breakfast, garage for both cars and safe storage for bikes, big bathroom and all you need and expect from this category.

nice staff, big rooms, good bed and linens , possibility to choose different pillows. Great pool at 7. floor terrace with view to sea and old town. I liked smell we had in rooms.breakfast was OK, not the best I had in Italy 4-star hotels before.

Strange SPA area. Looked like hospital not SPA. All facilities old and little dirty. It needs renovating. We had broken furniture in our room. It felt nobody cares about this hotel. 300 EUR for night in hotel what looked sad felt too much. Receptionist did not understand that I needed Invoice to my E-mail. luckily got it on paper. Very strange elevators- we had to use stears few times as elevator did not stop at our floor.
