The room was clean, large and well equipped.

The water in the poll was cold.

The Wi-Fi was very bad, as well as the hot water in the showers. The parking wasn't very convenient because if I needed something from the car, I couldn't get it.

Location near bus station but also near the seafront and old town was excellent . Breakfast choice was really good, rooms left spotless and friendly staff. Bar on rooftop was superb, especially to view the sunset !

Very nice room, small but comfortable with balcony. There is a lounge bar on the roof with pretty view. Staff was friendly and spoke English and German. Breakfast was very tasty with excellent coffee.

A very nice hotel, clean and has a good location. The roof top is amazing.

There is just one elevator in the hotel and in the time of check out I waited 10 minutes with a stroller and my baby to go down! And it was super hot in the corridor.

Breakfast was okay but the staff seem generally unhappy, unfriendly and disinterested in making guests feel welcome or valued. Location was excellent in city centre pedestrian zone and near beaches . Rooftop terrace bar was nice

All Staff generally came across as cold, unhappy , unprofessional and disinterested in making guests feel welcome or valued, from start to finish of our stay. Generally rude and seemed annoyed all day, across all departments of hotel.Hotel room for 4 adults they gave us : had an almost useless air conditioner that displayed a warning message of 'change air filter required' , so the room was always extremely hot ,humid and I had to sleep with no shirt or covers to help ; had empty bath gel and no bar soap upon check in; had no views as it faced other very close-by apartment balconies; tight, small bathroom with 1 of the 2 leaky shower doors that could not open more than 4 inches because it banged into a bidet making for difficult exit; 2 bunk beds made for children ( even though we booked as 4 ADULTS ~4mos. ago) with shelf hanging over the1/3 of the upper bed in such way that avg. adult can bang head on shelf getting up . When we asked the staff if can service the AC air filter to at least try to improve A.C. effectiveness, the lady seemed annoyed and told us in person in our room that someone will come check and try fix AC tomorrow ....But no one came to check and no further follow up for rest of our stay - how unprofessional !! So we we just suffered in silence because we just came to conclusion staff just don't care because they are trained to ignore and do bare minimum . I have never came across a hotel anywhere in the world quite so unresponsive and uncaring . My family of 4 are fairly fit and athletic so we could endure these shortcomings . But I cannot imagine someone with poor health or mobility issues stay comfortably or safely in this so called 4 adult room we were given . Location is the only saviour of this hotel, IMO .

Very very unpleasant and rude restaurant staff.The room on the pictures look nice, but it was very small, especially the shower cabin, it is impossible to turn around inside (65cm x 75cm)

Good location, the hotel is in the center. Near the hotel there are many restaurants. The beach is ca. 10 minutes on walk. Good breakfast. There is a very nice inside pool in the hotel.

Family room for 2 adults and 2 teenager is uncomfortable because it is small. The bunk-bed is ok for small children.

Very convenient location, close to everything. Parking within premises also very convenient. All very clean and quiet, helpful and nice personnel. Thank you

Since I'm walking with a Rollator I could not get to the bar on top.I think that should be mentioned on the website.Difficult to get there with Google Maps

Location, separation of room in two bedrooms, cleaningless, parking availability, bicycle friendly with garage for bikes at no cost. Familly hotel.

Indoor pool a bit chilly , at 24oC.Variety of buffet in breakfast. A positive note all offered were delicious. Familly Hotel is an advantage and disadvantage at the same time. The owner was having breakfast at the same time as guests, serving himself with his knife from the big hazelnut ball ( which is used to refill the buffet). Some of the personnel attitudes may be considered at the low edge of politeness. Examples: me to waiter: may I have two cappuccinos? Answer. Why ? Your wife said before she doesn't want... , kid having shower at the indoor pool. The moment it leaves the shower, and before I get out of the pool to close it, personnel comes in frustrated and closes the shower.

I loved the location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and the pretty, old part of Grado. The room was comfortable and clean. An extra benefit was the rooftop bar and the swimming pool with hydro massage. The staff was helpful, breakfast tasty and fresh.

the breakfast buffet was not refilled from 9.45h late breakfasters were not quite so welcome

I didn’t receive the room what I select from your site picture, when I asked if was some confusion reception staff attitude was not professional. ( “ If you don’t like take the baggage and you can go other place “) this was the words.Toilet flush pump very noisy .

Rooms were very hot, the AC could not keep up with high temperatures.

Location, Terraces and cocktail bar, Breakfast, Swimming pool/jacuzzi, Friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, Room cleaning.

The hair dryer in the bathroom is really old and slow.There were missing towels after a room cleaning (thankfully was the last night so it didn't matter much).

Location in center of old town . Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Nice rooftop bar! Very nice staff - family style! Breakfast was good .

Hard to find . Need better instructions to get there.
