Hotel Residence Sanremo

The hotel is in a very nice building and the rooms are well equipped and sufficiently large. The safe underground garage is accessible from the back of the building. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of everything you can eat for breakfast.

There was no problem during our stay.

The location was good, and the staff was really helpful and nice. Great storage for our bikes, too. The breakfast was delicious and really beautiful. Clearly, the staff all takes pride in their hotel!

Nothing not to like!

I was contacted by the hotel to make sure we know our way and will arrive safely. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us with finding the parking space near the hotel.The room was quite big and clean, very comfortable sleeping conditions. Our room had also balcony. The breakfast was big and delicious, there are also fantastic restaurants nearby.

That it had an elevator and it was not bad to have an extra room.

Breakfast was nothing Special. Bad quality bread, low quality fruits. A bit too far from the city.

Underground garage, Friendly staff, Good value for money. Apartment room has good equipment, kitchen, washing machine, etc. Hotel's own bicycle fleet - rental is free.

No breakfast with the apartment. It was the apartment room with kitchen that you obviously want to use, still there was a funny message that using the kitchen costs extra money. Air conditioner blows cold air directly to the bed

A hotel with a very good facilities in a very good location.Very kind and extremely friendly stuff. Every employee in the restaurant greets you kindly in several languages. Spacious room and larg balcony,with equipment that meets all needs.A few minute's walk from the city centre.We have stayed in several hotels in Grado but this is the best so far. We would love to come here again.

Nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with big terrace, close to the beach.

I cannot say anything. The city center is a 10 min walk, but we didn’t mind at all.

Room, large variety of the breakfast, staff location , cheap bike rentals and parking garage.

Bar closed after 21:00.

Air conditioning and the beds

Staff and the breakfast.Breakfast was very bad quality and the selection of food amd drinks.Nobody didn’t inform us about the market that organized on the street on Saturday. So we got 30 euros penalty because we didn’t move our car from the street.The receptionist was very unfriendly on July 13th when we did the check out.

We like it because we had two balcony.This was definitely highlight of the room.

Toilet wasnt fixed enough, and the shower head worked really poorly.

The room was perfect for us as a family of 4z Perfect location between beach and town center.Very clean - baby could crawl in the floor!

Just one elevator, slow and very small.

Location close to the beach

It was mentioned that there is a garage but no mention on the fact that a pre booking was required. We left on Saturday when the local market is just in front of the street and no possibility to park the car. No help was offered with luggage

Located close to the beach entrance. Just 10 minutes walk to city centre. Beautifully designed rooms with small kitchen corner. Everything perfectly clean and kept. Room large enough with really big balcony equipped with dryer. Perfectly trained staff on all positions - from room keepers to attentive guys organizing breakfast. Rooms absolutely soundproof, you sleep in a quiet place and comfortable bed. Breakfast brilliant, vast choice of sweet pastry and cakes, good coffee. Overall, very comfortable hotel that you will be satisfied with.

Just use of the kitchen for 18 EUR per day (which we didn't) is a bit of weird.

The room was clean and beutiful with a small balcony. Really comfortable for a family with 3 kids.

We missed the vegetables and fruits from the breakfast.

Renovated hotel, well maintained. Clean everywhere, friendly staff. Location is fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the beach entrance.

A good hotel. We got a room for 3 with two bedrooms which looked recently renovated. Aircondition in every room and a small kitchen. Very good room.

The only minus is parking. I wanted to make reservation for their parking garage, but they said it is not possible. On the premise we found out they do make reservations, but only for regular guests.

Friendlyness of staff, Cleanliness and the excellent breakfast. It was very helpful to park the car in the garage. Totally recommendable !
