Great staff, very clean, very good breakfast.

the bathroom was very small, there was no bidet. there was little light and it didn't have to be ventilated. the hotel was a bit far from the center.

Breakfast was very good.

The bathroom was like walking into a closet with the door similar to the closet door, there was no inner handle. Safe was very small. The handle of the safe key came off when we try to lock it. No shelf in the shower room to put shower gel, shampoo… There were multiple electrical sockets connected to a hairdryer, tv, fridge all next to each other, wires all around the walls. Hairdryer is above electric wires. The room is exceptionally small.

Great costumer service. Friendly. Super clean room. Air con. Fridge. Balcony. Amazing mattresses/bed great night sleep. Great selection of croissant and also amazing vegan carrot cake. Use of bikes.

Bad coffee from automatic machine ( in italy should have proper italian coffee)Shower drain was clogged from day one. Bikes needed servicing but grateful we could use it for free to get to the beach and town.

Good location. Close to the beach, but not too far from the center. Windows are well sound isolated, and the AC was good.

The room was very small for 3 person. This is true for the bathroom as well. We felt like in a caravan... and because the bathroom door was small, I was hitting my head most of the time. Same for the shower, where things were even worst as nowhere to put your shower gel. The small window on the bath was facing into an inner area, not outside, so not much chance to move any air...The worst thing was the NOISE. I heard every word from the other room, every toilet and shower use. And all the noise from the hall, the restaurant, from the kitchen etc. So if you wish to sleep and relax, skip this hotel.The bed was a little hard to me, and they provide only one small pillow.And lastly, this place is about beach, but there was no place to put your wet things to dry.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the town center as well! The staff was very helpful and friendly and kind!The breakfast menu is great and wide selection of foods.The room was very nice and cleaned every day!

Breakfast starts at 8 am.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, and they are ready to assist with all the queries you might have concerning the stay or the city. The room was clean, and it wasn't small. The shower is tight for bigger persons. TV is working well, and so is the A/C. The area was quiet, and the only noise came from the guests. The parking lot is small and tight, yet functional. Breakfast was a buffet, and the food was the same every morning. However, there were different options, so one can choose to eat different meals every day - fruits, oatmeal, continental, boiled eggs...

The keys to the vehicles are to be left at the reception while the car is parked, but the reception is opened from 08:30 until 23:30, so think about this if you are not a fan of leaving your keys over night. There is an emergency phone number, though, in case needed.

Room very small for three people and bathroom also, shower tiny. There's so little room, some shelves and hooks would help. We are not large people but I think larger and taller people would struggle. Nowhere for toiletries, even a bit of soap, in the shower

Amazingly clean and perfectly kept room. Small but comfortable with fine beds. Breakfast was very good, the only missing thing was scrambled eggs, but bakery was fresh and salamis delicious. Nice staff speaking several languages. Hotel yard parking for 10 EUR per night.

Bathroom was on the small side

Friendly staff, comfortable room with balcony and enought space to live with two kids, perfect quality of room cleaning, possible to ask for a fridge, kids playcorner on the ground floor. 2 minutes walk from the bus stop to Grado city center or free beach (there is a free bus to beach on dayoffs during summer season), 10 minutes walk to free beach. Close to Tennis club Grado (20 euros for 1 hour on clay court). Spar supermarket is 7 minutes walk. Good quality of breakfast.

No hook on bathroom door and no shelf for shampoo in the shower cabin.

It's located near the beach and just a short walk from the city centre. The staff is also exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The walls are quite thin, so depending on who you are neighbouring, prepare for noise. The rooms are also small, but considering the pricing that is to be expected.
