Hotel Europa

Room was exactly what we expected: enough space, clean, with a balcony, accessible with an elevator, secure. Breakfast was excellent, wide variety of food, fresh fruit and exceptionally tasty bread. We liked the option of on-line check-in which made getting to the room very fast and easy. Check-out procedure was also quick and smooth. Staff were very friendly. We parked our car on the street very close to the hotel but realized later that it would be more convenient and at almost the same cost to use hotel's parking facility.

Breakfast was excelent. We parked on the street where there is plenty of space. The stuff was very nice and the room was well equiped.

The only negative thing is the noise you could hear from other rooms. The walls are not thick at all, so you could hear all the conversations and noise. Which wasn't really relaxing... In case you are a light sleeper, take your earplugs with you.

The hotel was not working at all. We booked a room and asked for a parking spot. I have received a message that the property can arrange this for us. However, the hotel was not even open. There was a sign at the locked door that all the guests are moved to another hotel. As they had my number, email, and booking info, I at least expected a notice about that. I think it is extremely unprofessional.We were moved to Hotel Rialto, which was nice though.

Nothing. We leave this hotel more tired than when we arrived.

Many dogs in the neighbor rooms, they fight all night.The walls are paper thick.Last night we woke up 01:30 - again - to cry of a vigorous man - he stucked in the elevator, and he panicked, he was rescued after half an hour, we didn't go out of our room to see if he was hurt.My little son coughed at night from the traditional cigarette smoke that came from the neighbor sitting a few centimeters away on the terrace.And we didn't even bother with the fact that the refrigerator didn't work, the bed was completely made up and we rolled into the middle, the toilet moved during use.I do not recommend it to anyone, there are plenty of accommodations in the city that are better than this. We will never come back here.

Excellent breakfast, the staff was very helpful in everything, from the hotel to the center and the beach are a few minutes' walk only

Not worth the money they are charging.Cold breakfast also, very poor selection, and the air condition in the room did not work.The frigde did't work also.

the location of the hotel was good and the staff also were kind. but in italy mostly everyone is kind :)

The furnitures, bathroom, restaurant was very old. also the breakfast was very poor, and it included only "poor machine cofee" in the price. when i asked normal cofee, they asked my room number to charge it. Just a dat before in neighbour town Udine, i stayed in a higher class hotel for 20 EUR cheaper where the food was much better, i received as much normal coffee as much i wanted.

The staff were kind and helpful, the neighbourhood is quiet and the breakfast was very good :)

Th bathroom was a little too small and the room was a bit too small for 3 persons.

great location, 3 min to the beach and 12 min to center. Clean rooms with sea view.

wi-fi was not working properly, even at halls and reception.

Very poor

I had a very bad time in the hotel. Very noisy room, I could not sleep at all. Everything can be heard from the staircase and from the corridor. The breakfast selection is limited. Parking can not be used for normal cars because it is too small and narrow. All in all, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Breakfast is good, the room is small but well-equipped. The location is great, the beach is a few steps, the city center is 15 minutes walk. A supermarket is at the end of the street.

The bed could have been better and some of the personnel couldn't speak a word in English. Wifi doesn't work in the room area.

Breakfast was very good, much more better than we expected. Staff of breakfast was perfect, helpful and still smiling. Room has very good air condition and sunblind. Room was very clean and cosy.

The cleaning was superficial. The furniture and the room were run down.
