Extremely friendly and helpful staff, willing to wait for our arrival after check in hours and willing to move us at 2am to a new room since the first one was smelly. Good parking and surroundings. Availability on an extremely short notice (8h prior). Private parking on the premises right next to the cabin

First room had a strong burned cooking oil smell to it that could not be aired out. There was a gap above and under the entry door through which various insects could and indeed did come inside. Previous guests apparently killed a lot of those insect on the walls.

The staff is friendly, the bungalow is spacious and clean, and the pool is amazing for adults and children. We will come back for sure. The restaurant with fair prices and delicious food, great breakfast buffet. Good connection with the bus with Grado and the supermarket.Bikes for rent for a fair price.

The animators for kids were absolutely the best — they made the stay really enjoyable for families. The pool is big, and the territory itself is nice and well-kept.

The bungalow was terrible. We could hear everything from the neighbors, even when they were just whispering. The stairs made very loud noises with every step. The floor is so uncomfortable that you can’t walk barefoot — it feels like you have to stay in shoes all the time. The kitchen was poorly equipped: no chopping board, no proper knives, no lid for the pan. The ventilation above the hob was awfully dirty.Overall, I would not come here again.

Manageable distance to Grado, pleasant swimming pool, nice staff

The rooms outlooking was different to booking pictures, far private beach , not a clean and swimmable beach, lack of sufficient facilities like supermarket in the resort

Amazing pool with slides for the kids. There was also a kids' club with entertainment, but our children didn’t take part because they didn’t want to leave the pool. Plenty of poolside chairs for adults and the option to sit in the shade of the trees. Very friendly staff and convenient parking – each bungalow had its own assigned parking space. AC in the bungalow worked quite well. There were all the essential kitchen tools to cook a meal.

The bungalow was outdated and could have been cleaner. The laundry room, which serves the entire holiday complex, had only two washing machines – not really enough. To use a machine, you need to buy a token from the reception: one load costs €3.50 if you have your own detergent, and €4.00 if you need detergent included.

Very big and nice territory with many different activities for the kids. Everything is flat - great for the stroller. Good restaurant with fresh seafood for dinner. Bike rentals available. Very useful staff

Very badly equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the territory is poor. Pool not well maintained. Very slippery tiles around the pool and people often slip and kids are falling. There is no beach to swim.

Not recommemding

Mold on the windows, the shower wasn’t cleaned properly, spider webs on the ceiling. The property seems outdated, no privacy in the terrace as you are facing other guests. We left earlier and moved to other hotel, rather loose some money than have bad holiday. The only positive is the pool, however half of slides were not working on the first part of the day.

The sea near is not so usable

Simple but comfortable house in the midst of a holiday village. Great pool with lots of space to play despite being there in peak season. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was sufficient, with enough choice for all tastes and good enough quality. Only disappointed by the coffee quality, real poor for Italy ;-)Super staff, very committed.

The bungalow was great, already cooled down when we arrived. We had a terrace, the breakfast was super and also good for lactose free diet. The kids liked the pool and we got an electric pump to repair a flat tire.

The private beach was very good with several programs both during the day and in the evenings.

The bugalow’s kitchen appliances were really under basics… no proper dishes to cook a 4 person meal, no dishwashing liquid or sponge. But the greatest dissapointment was the lack of the sea near the accomodation, there is basically no sea, only swamp. We had to go to Grado to be able to bathe in the sea.

Definitely a place for your young kids to enjoy, love the pool and they also have tennis court and football pitches. Good entertainment and activities for children

Outside of our accommodation, there was a leak from the gutter, when I reported first time they didn't fix it, only once we left and reported second time they sent someone to fix it. Shower box needed a replacement

The facilities for the children were superb.The air-conditioning was very welcome.

Very nice swimming pool. Good location almost outside Grado but in a green area. Apartment simply furnished and rather uncomfortable for longer stays (poor kitchen equipment, no seating inside).

Could be cleaner, clogged shower drain. Rather noisy due to evening attractions and neighbors from other apartments (no privacy).

The pool pool area is really good. Animation was fun. Stuff at the bar was very good as well.

Pool was nice and really ok for kids

Honestly its kind hard even to say anyting good / when we arrived , in front door we had a bags full of garbage, house wasn’t cleaned, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and overall it wasn’t ok .Food on the site wasn’t ok ( can’t say eatable cos som peop really eat it) . Will l come back - definitely no .Will l ever recommend that place- definitely no .

The hotel is perfect for those who travel by car. We were assigned a parking spot right in front of our cabin. The cabin has everything you need and more. The air conditioner was working perfectly, which is a must have in the heat that was present during our stay. The hotel is also perfect for people who bring their dogs with them. There is a fenced area, where you can leave the dog off leash and it even has some training equipment.

We had a minor ant problem, but the hotel staff quickly helped us resolve it.
