Very friendly staff, new refurbished room and bathroom. Balcony overlooking a bit the channel.Basic but decent breakfast.

1. The receptionist (ethiopian lady) in the afternoon was very friendly, smart, and attentive. An A+. She is a keeper!2. Breakfast was an A+. Better than almost any European experience.

Original room was too small for two people but once we were kindly moved the bigger room was nice and spacious for two. Very central Most rooms have balcony Clean

It'd very noisy in the mornings from other guests banging the doors of their rooms to leave or enter. The doors slam shut. The cleaners also stsrt early and they can be heard and walls can be thin. If you're a morning person this is fine but if you want a lay in good luck.The shutters in our room were broken and made a sound if not shut completely all the way down.The smaller room is tiny and hope they advertise it very cheaply as it's not worth more than 50 euros a night in my opinion. If its cheaper than other rooms in grado then it's worth it as a hotel in general or they should make some adjustments

Good location, close to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, speaking English. Great value for the price.

Breakfast was very basic.

Daily cleaning, cleanness, super comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with lots of fruit. Excellent accommodation and location.

Very sweet and helpful staff. Location is great with a little walk into city center, which has many stores and attractions on the way. Check in and a check out went very smoothly and also an option for private parking.

It´s really a nice place with no luxuries bu everything as it should be. The bed was great, the staff was top level, the room well equipped (although some more power outlets would have been good). Very good breakfast.

Cute familiar hotel, the breakfast was very planty and delicious. 5 minutes walking to the 3 km long sandy beach.

The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The doors and windows where isolated really badly.The bed (mattress) was so horrible, that our lower backs are a mess now. And we definitely need to book back massages now. Haven't had that kind of sleeping experience since my backpacking hostel days. The breakfast was located in the cellar and so was the quality of the food.Really not worth the money.Price-value wise the rooms should cost a third of what you have to pay.

the breakfast-room was in the basement (cellar). But you could have breakfast on the terrace.Hotel is old, an update would to good!

Location is perfect for reaching the main beach on foot.

Walls were a bit thin but it wasn't too noisy.
