The staff were incredibly kind! The food was great and the menu changed every day. The location is amazing – just a 2-minute walk from the Penken lift. The ski storage room was excellent.

The room wasn't big enough and didn't have heaters for the ski pants and coats. The closet only had hanging space. Apart from that, everything was great

A fantastic stay at the beautiful Hotel Viktoria & Landhaus Joggl.My son and I were extremely happy with our Winter stay at this hotel, the room was large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom hosting a large excellent Shower. The location was fantastic for easy access into the town and to access the Penkenbahn for skiing, although we didn’t have time to explore Ahorn that lift was even more convenient.The ski room was clean and spacious with excellent boot warmers.The real highlight of the hotel is the food, all our evening meals were exceptional, with the Beef broth and Liver dumplings being a particular highlight along with the fantastic homemade ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful and thankfully spoke English much better than my very rusty school grade German. We like to explore different Ski Areas but if we return to Mayrhofen we will also definitely return to the Hotel Viktoria.

Location is outstanding! Cable cars and bars are all within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with beautiful balconies and comfortable beds. Staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating, even if we as a group were certainly not easy with our extra requests. We were pleasantly surprised by the great quality of the dinner.

The ski cellar is locked at night, so you should bring your stuff back before you go out to the bars. Time for dinner was quite early and short, but the quality was outstanding. Nothing to complain about at all!

They have a fantastic coffee machine but only serve basic black coffee for breakfast. Offering a cappuccino or latte would make breakfast special

My son's blanket had some chocolate cereals.Should have been thoroughly checked by the cleaner.The lack of tissue paper in the toilet.

The location of the hotel is very good: Very close to two major cable car-stations, very close to the main restaurant- and shopping area. Good public transport connections (train station: 20min. walk, bus stop to other "valley-locations- and cable cars": 5 min.).

The absolute plus is: the location, but being in the centre of town, and down in the valley, the view from the balcony isn't that great.Staff appears to be rigid,, but when you slightly persisting, they'll help you with everything you need.

Superb location, just a two minute walk to Mayrhofen town center.

Although the apartment was good, it was in a separate building which seemed to be mixed in with other hotels and residential properties.

A family hotel in a perfect location. It only takes 3-6 minutes to walk to the two cable cars (Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn). Gastronomy at the hotel is wonderful! There is a very good breakfast every morning and a 4-course menu in the evening (soup, salad buffet, main course with either meat/fish or vegetarian, dessert). The chefs prepare high-quality dishes at the level of gourmet restaurants. They use homemade products from their own farm. The Schneeberger family and the whole team were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Near to the Penkenbahn and shops/bars but quiet enough at night. The food was amazing from the hotel all freshly made and a different dinner option each evening. We felt very at home and comfortable and would definitely return.

Nothing to not like. Only addition would be tea making services in the room would have been a nice addition.

Perfect place, very close to the main gondola, just 5 min walk in boots. Generous breakfast and very good and tasty dinner. A bit tough with parking, but owner helps us.

Transparent door to the bathroom is not a good idea for a family room. Pillow a bit too soft.

The host is very nice, property clean. Good location.

It was very cold and the heating wasn’t working. Tried to find the host, there was no phone number. Very frustrating.The the room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator, lots of stairs.Breakfast looked good.as a vegetarian- had absolutely nothing to eat, no vegetables at all and no non- dairy milk.That was disappointing, had to look for other restaurant to eat breakfast and drink coffee.

Large rooms. Very friendly, helpful and considerate staff. Plentiful parking. Stylish building in the local vernacular.

We loved everything during our stay. The appartment was warm and cozy, clean and comfortable. Maria and all the staff were amazing ans helpful. The food was great! It’s very close to Penkenbahn and the city center!I definetly recommend this hotel and will comeback when I go to Mayrhofen!

Location is fantastic, the room was cozy and clean. The dinner was the best I ever had in my life. It felt like visiting my grandma's house, not a restaurant. I am looking foward to come back! Thank's a lot for such a beautiful hospitality!!

Loved it all.

The family were very friendly and welcoming, the apartment was spotlessly clean very spacious and airy. The location was excellent for both the town and gondola stations. Continental breakfast was delicious and the bread buns were the best we've ever tasted.

The beds were exceptionally hard well beyond firm (however this was rectified with some mattress toppers upon request). Towels were old and small. Only an hour slot for evening meal. Food was excellent quality but very limited choice, soup every day for starter, choice of two mains and a dessert sadly most nights didn't suit our palate.

we stayed in the Joggl part. the rooms are not very modern, the main bed was okay, but it cannot be separated into two beds so I had to use the sofa and the sofa is not good as a bed
