The rooms are very large and spacious. The comfortable beds and cleanliness were a plus. Having a dressing room in the accommodation was incredibly helpful, especially with all the ski equipment. Breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. The spa facilities were one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. Highly recommend the facial treatments, which were top-notch.

The lobby area felt very unwelcoming and cold atmosphere in the evenings. The fireplace, which was supposed to create a cozy ambiance, was never lit. Instead, the atmosphere was uninviting. The addition of extra tables in the lobby area made dining there unpleasant. There was constant movement and a lack of comfort due to the busyness and noise.

Beautiful well-maintained property with friendly staff. Near train station and close to gondola. Fantastic breakfast too.

The towels weren’t as fluffy or soft as expected.

All is 10/10! The spa, swimming pool, massage, and food are absolutely perfect! There are plenty of shops near the hotel and lots of activities to enjoy. I definitely want to come back here every summer! A special thanks goes to the hotel STAFF – they fulfill every guest’s request with kindness and professionalism. They are polite, attentive, and, to be honest, the service here feels like 5+ stars!

The room wasn’t clean ، many bugs ،termite

l like very much the staff ,it is family run hotel in pretty village and we appreciated that they gave us up grade , it was very comfortable room , we had wonderful stay and sure we will come back again?

The staff were great. The facilities are exceptional. The rooms are unbelievable and the photos don't do them justice.

Pillows were not to my liking but that's my preference they were good quality, just not firm. The staff accommodated are request for drinks to be brought up to our room but I don't think there's room service.

Only very slight negative was that it was quite hot had to sleep with window & balcony door open .

Breakfast was super, lots of choice, would have loved poached egg as an option. Afternoon tea served 3 to 5pm, included soup, which would be great if you're v hungry or cold . Dinner from 7pm, some of the best fish cookery we've experienced anywhere. Very knowledgeable waitress swimming pool is lively, little cool, and putdoor hot tub very nice to relax in beds super comfy and enormous

There's v wierd magnifying mirror in bathroom, but it's set very high, I'm 1.7m tall & couldn't see in it. Coffee or tea making facility in room would br good.

Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room and bathroom. Plenty of parking outside. 10 min walk to main lift to ski area.

Fabulous facilities, food & staff, been coming for years and will continue to do so.

Standart of service, cleaning and willing of the staff is good, but I remember better days of excellency..

Breakfast was out of this world, missing some more fresh veggie options other than cucumbers and bell peppers in the buffet.The dinner of the half board was Michelin Star level, one of the best menus I ever had. Service was great too! Dog friendly at this standard of hotel is also exceptional and the main reason why we chose the hotel. The spa is one of the best you can get.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike about the hotel. However, the vibe felt a bit stiff. The staff were lovely, but it seemed like they were under tight supervision.The main issue that soured our experience (otherwise, I'd give this place a 10/10) involved the daughter-in-law of the hotel owner, who made sure to introduce herself that way. Despite being a dog-friendly hotel, she scolded us about our dog needing to be leashed at all times in the nearby park—a rule that wasn’t clearly communicated to us beforehand. For the record, our dog is super chill off the leash.I get that we might not have followed the rules unintentionally, but her approach was over the top. She didn’t just inform us; she yelled and even threatened us. That’s no way to treat guests, especially when no harm was done.This kind of attitude really affects the overall atmosphere of the hotel, which is disappointing considering the hefty price we paid and how we ended up feeling as guests.

Don’t sleep on this hotel - it is pretty and has an amazing spa facilities. The restaurant was great too - big shout out to the hard working servers and kitchen staff. Food (especially dinners) was great for the halfboard option (lots of pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan options).

The entire front desk staff / management needs to learn how to be friendlier and lose their attitude. It’s a hospitality business after all, and there are many other hotels out there to choose from. Other than that everything was pretty great.

This is realy premium hotel. Comfortable luxury with delicious food. Stuff is the best.

No complement water every day. Only on first day.

The facility is good - Spa and pool are amazing, weekday - yoga retreat session was good.

One of the reasons that I chose this hotel was to enjoy the halfboard. Tried to make a reservation before, but they said that I can do it on site. But when I tried to do it at the day, they said that its already full. Very disappointing. And they do not have any kettle or basic tea amenities in the room. (Although they will bring one for you if you ask, also you can get the teas in Spa area, however comparing to the price we paid, it was not expected).

The staff weren’t always super helpful as different staff were in charge of different bits - for example we had an issue with our dinner one night, and both the restaurant and reception told us to take it up with the other one

The spa was absolutely incredible, we had the whole place to ourselves all morning!The breakfast was very good and the evening set meal was the best food we had in the resort

At no time was the hotel able to offer us another room that wasn't so noisy. Never again was it so disappointing and so were the discussions we had to have. I was constantly interrupted instead of listening to my situation. I wouldn't recommend the hotel if you want to have a few relaxing days!!!!

Great evening menu for vegans, great wine selection.

Probably could do with a bar person behind the bar all the time in the evening. Residents were often waiting around to get service.
