It was clean. The room size was okay. The included breakfast was good.

There was no heating nor hot water in our room. We worte an email about it but nothing happened (no reaction from the host). Please also note that we only stayed a single night.The bed was uncomfortable, the matraces were old/ overused.

Parking isn’t next to the property

Centrally located but quiet enough. Common room with fridge, and very good breakfast.

Price for weekend night was a lot higher than mid week.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with stunning mountain views. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was truly amazing with a great variety. Highly recommend!

The location was good. The hotel is old fashioned which I liked. The view was really good from the room.

The washroom was tiny. The room was a little bit dark. Lighting could be improved.

A bit noisy in the morning as our room was opposite the kitchen. Limited sockets for charging. An extension cable would have been helpful.

Breakfast was fine. There was no hot food (apart from boiled eggs) but I did not really miss it. Location was good, with easy access to shops and bars. The key access worked very well.

Heating in our room did not work. We reported that to the owner. 15 min later a person came and fixed the problem.Location is great, breakfast is good.

Beds in our room were too short for persons who are taller than 185 cm.

Pretty good place, in the center of the town. Neat and tidy place. Remotely managed but the owner is very helpful. The entire process of checkin was done with ease and with clear instructions.

Breakfast spread could have been better with bacon on the menu.

Very central location, you're actually on main walking street of Mayrhofen. Stuff was nice, breakfast was good. Price is very good. Overall - nice place to stay for a night or two

Our room was quite dark with only one small roof window with no view, the window could not be left open for the night because of it's slope and the high chance of rain - with vertical ones you can always slightly open them

Great budget place to stay for a night or two. We never met the staff but they were really great in responding to email questions. There's a communal room with free drinks for all guests. Excellent value for money. Great budget hotel

Hot water took a while to arrive at the room, but did eventually.

We stayed in the apartment for five nights. Very nice and pleasant stuff. Good breakfast. Nice option of having cold/hot beverage in the salon room. Very central location, on the main street. Easy ✔️

We had room for 3. The sofa was good, but the bed was too soft at least for us.

- there’s no staff at the property (except for a housekeeping worker during the breakfast), so just before the stay we started to get requests to complete an online registration, which was really annoying because we were on the trip already, driving a car and obviously far from the computer.- the hotel states it has a parking, which is simply not true. They charged me 10 euros and told me to get to the nearby parking garage, stating that they pay the parking spot by themselves (we even approved the parking spot number I used). But a month later a got of 65 euros for an unpaid parking + was charged 30 euros for processing the fine by the car rental company. I tried to contact the property with booking/email/whatsup - they just ignored me, so the parking there cost me 105 euros (!) finally. I don’t even mention that the parking garage is not that convenient as the parking at the property you’re staying.- breakfast as minimalistic as possible.- the property itself looks ok but rather resembles a student dorm then the hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night and everything was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was clean, right in the centre, at an excellent price. I definitely have to highlight the view we had in our room. Ask for a room with a mountain view if you can. It's fantastic. We 100% recommend the accommodation. It's family friendly and the kids can have their own room. What was extremely surprising to us was that the accommodation has an accessible kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. You also have a fridge + there is an unlimited number of drinks you can take (including wine and beer). Breakfast was excellent - for the price it exceeded my expectations I therefore don't understand the rating the accommodation has on Booking. You deserve a 9+ rating.
