Pros +
- The hotel is located in an excellent spot, directly across from the train station and the ski bus stop, which made getting around extremely convenient. The restaurant looks beautiful, and the restaurant staff were truly amazing — very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and modern enough, and the bathroom with heated floors was a very nice touch, especially after a day on the slopes. I was traveling without kids, but the hotel seems particularly well-suited for families, with a dedicated kids’ spa area, playgrounds, and plenty of family-friendly facilities.Breakfast was excellent: a great omelet station, prosecco available, good coffee, pancakes, and a juice station — overall a very enjoyable start to the day.

- 7pm on a Friday night during ski season, they came down to tell us the Sauna was closing. Within just a few minutes, they turned the lights completely off on us in the showers. We had to find our way out barefoot, dripping wet in the total darkness. This is reckless endangerment. We could have easily slipped and broken something. Not to mention the effect on our wellbeing what should have been a relaxing spa visit. Went to the front desk to complain, the manager didn't even bother to get up out of his chair, and gave us some pathetic excuse. This is unbelievable treatment for $300/night at a 4-Star hotel. We didn't even get slippers. This is reckless endangerment and ruined my vacation and demand compensation. Also, but this became a side note, this hotel is not as advertised. The pictures rooms are only in the new part of the building and doesn’t seem like there are even that many of those rooms to begin with. Aren’t properties required to show pictures of the room category being booked?
Cons -
- Dinner was only average and not up to the standard one would expect at this price level. It felt more like what you would get in a hotel that costs about 50% less. The schnitzel, in particular, was disappointing for an Austrian hotel. Over the five-day stay, the main course was genuinely good only once, although the salad bar and desserts were consistently good. The spa area looks very nice in pictures, but in reality it is not a proper spa. The sauna with Aufguss looks impressive, but the design causes most of the steam to collect on the ceiling, so there is little difference in experience with or without Aufguss. It looks beautiful, but the effect is limited. The pool area also looks great in photos, but the outdoor pool is completely outside with no swim-out access from indoors. This means you have to go through the cold to enter the water, which is not ideal in a ski resort. In many similar hotels, the outdoor pool is connected to an indoor pool, which is far more comfortable. Both the pool and the hot tub were quite cold and uncomfortable. Overall, if you are looking for a high-quality spa experience for adults, this hotel is not a good choice. I did not use the kids’ pools, but they are likely better suited for families. The beds (at least in our building) were far too soft and not in a comfortable way — you sink into the mattress, which led to back pain the next day. There was only one power outlet on one side of the bed, which feels outdated in 2026. There were also not enough radiators to properly dry ski clothes; the only one available was in the bathroom.
- I had to move the beds one morning. It wasn’t very clean underneath.
- The evening bar entertainment is pretty awful. Check-in staff could crack a smile occasionally. I was in the apartments. They were very clean and modern but could do with a little more luxury for the price.

Dinner was v good. George (Greek waiter) was very friendly and efficient - he made our stay special
Size of the room.
I had to move the beds one morning. It wasn’t very clean underneath.
Spa is amazing, excellent breakfast, very well maintained property. V good parking.
The evening bar entertainment is pretty awful. Check-in staff could crack a smile occasionally. I was in the apartments. They were very clean and modern but could do with a little more luxury for the price.
The hotel has a new, modern part and an older part. We stayed in the new part and everything is superlative, it smelled new, very clean.
The only thing I didn't understand was the price of drinks, including water on half board. All the food was excellent, but water and any drink was charged.
The hotel is very nice, especially the new wellness and spa. Facilities are amazing. The room was very clean and well stocked, spacious. Location is good, about 10 min walk to the gondola.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful at all. The hotel is a bit of a maze and there is nobody to show you around. The service at breakfast was poor - I didn’t have my own table and sat down at a larger table (one without a name) and was angrily spoken to and requested to sit somewhere else, while it was very quiet. I didn’t feel that the service matched the hotel and the price. I arrived early and asked if they could call me when the room was ready, but the lady at the front desk didn’t seem to want to do that.
This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was perfect! I absolutely love this place for its exceptional customer service. They truly care about their guests and their needs. The breakfasts are excellent, the new spa is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is just fantastic. Huge thanks to the entire staff for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. I will definitely be coming back again!Если нужно что-то изменить, говори!
Absolutely amazing building in terms of architecture and design. Great spa, rooms and breakfast. Overall I would give almost a perfect 10 out of 10.
Very clean and spacious room, cleaning personel and maintenance were very kind and polite. Hotel next to station.
Personel at reception is very busy. Upon arrival no explanation whatsoever about the facilities. The older lady leaves you standing at the desk whilst she has noticed you. Furthermore in the dining area the personel does not speak German and speak poorly English. Selling Zanderfilet as a seafish, they do not have a clue about food and hospitality. 6 courses are being pushed through in an hour. It feels like being on holiday in the Balkan instead of Austria, very akward. They talk to eachother in language we do not understand. The dark furniture and limited lights gave us a very uncomfortable feeling. Please remove all the photos of the romantik Speisesaal as food is not being served there.
Breakfast buffet has lot of options
When we checked in the room all pillows are on the floor. We need to make a phone call but the phone in the room doesn’t work.
Excellent breakfast. Central location. Music on site every evening. Great view from the balcony.
Excellent location and great facilities. Food was also amazing.
There was some very noisy building work going on, I wish someone had told us about this before we booked.
I loved everything. The customer service, the room, the vast breakfast buffet. Beautiful garden and lovely interior.
breakfast very good.evening meal was ok salad bar vey good
main courses a bit sparse
Close to the train station and buses, nice swimming pool and the team were nice and assisted me
I thought I shall have a breakfast included but it wasn’t. I don’t know it’s apartments and which are not in the same building. If I wouldn’t add more money and the hotel wouldn’t give me the option to change the room it probably would be a bad experience
The room was comfortable and had all amenities that you could want. The food was plenty in the morning and always served quickly at dinner. Variety good. The hotel parking lot is directly across from the main entrance and there is short parking available to have better and faster accessibility for unpacking and loading. Ski room well positioned.
The hotel is enormous. I never saw all the rooms but the sheer size of the restaurant floor gives a hint of how many guests it can actually host. This might be a preference of mine but i dislike being an ant herded through breakfast in queues for coffee and bread. Also, we were accomodated in another house which is connected to the main complex by a tunnel which we always had to wander through for skis, food, the pool, the sauna.... It takes a couple of minutes since it is not straight. Our house/ the hotel is situated next to the main street, so no open windows. The staff was very sparing of words the first time we arrived, information had to be asked for and wasn't offered. Service at dinnertime (food and wine excellent) was poor, on our first evening I made the mistake to ask for the wine menu which prompted the waitress to stomp off without a hello or welcome and bring me the asked for thing as if I inconvenienced her by doing so. By comparison the lady in charge of food was incredibly nice and attentive. All in all, and I think this is in parts due to the size, I felt like a task to be carried out until I left again.
Great breakfast and spa facilities.
No proper lockers for ski boots etc.
Location in easy walking distance to the town center but also private. Extremely helpful and friendly staff/ hosts as well as friendly town altogether.Good variety of breakfast choices Easy access to ski bus
