Exceptional room & a very good size. Loved the furnishings, comfortable bed & great bathroom. Rooms have a balcony too. Easy parking on-site & a short 3 minute walk into Mayrhofen for dinner & strolling around this gorgeous town. Friendly, helpful staff & we would definitely stay here again ?

A really quaint small family owned chalet which has been thoughtfully planned and has is extremely well maintained
breakfast was good but not exceptional- employees were all very nice though.location is also good, easy walking distance to gondola (if you leave your skis in the gondola’s locker).
it is stated that they provide toiletries- but it is only shampoo and hand soap. duly noted!and the wireless was terrible - pls do not advertise something you do not provide.
Very helpful and friendly staff, gave us very good tips on restaurants and let us warm up in the bar with tea and cake after checking out. The rooms are big and comfy and everything is 10-15 min walking (train, cable car, restaurants, some hikes). Breakfast is super nice as well. Highly recommend!

It seems like a guest house not a 4 star hotel. No free parking on site. Nothing to do in the hotel other then to sleep. No coffee in room. Noone in the entrance of the hotel most of the times.
