That was a pleasant staying. Beautiful, clean hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly stuff. Interior design of the restorante is the best, as well as food. I’d like to stay there for a longer period of time. Strongly recommended!

An amazing traditional hotel, family run which is as good as it gets, modern yet traditional dining area with fantastic staff.

Amazing atmosphere: spirit of Austria and Alps, super friendly staff. Hotel is recently renovated, very comfortable rooms, everything is excellent. We had half board menu - very tasty dinner! Amazing view from our balcony to the Church and central very cozy square of the city. We extended our staying +1,5 week :) and plan to come in Winter. Strongly recommend!

Just for you information: the other side of the amazing view to the Church and its neighborhood is, that starting 7 am until 22 pm independent on the day of the week the bell rings. Each hour and each quarter.. the most loud is at 7 am.. please, be ready for that (this concerns all hotels in the area of the Church). You should just be ready for that. Windows are good enough, when are closed, but in any case it is loud enough. We were informed and for us it wasn’t a problem.

Lovely hotel in the middle of town with easy access to the train station and buses to the Zillertal region. Generous breakfast spread and appreciate the rooftop views from the spa. Staff are helpful.

Really friendly staff, delicious breakfast, nice comfortable rooms which were cleaned to a high standard. The spa area was really relaxing and not very busy.

It's a short walk to the gondola so best to hire a ski locker or get the bus if you don't want to carry skis. Wasn't a negative for me.

The room was amazing and the view from the balcony was very good. The room was super clean and comfortable.The staff was really nice, especially the restaurant staff both in the a la carte and in the breakfast restaurant, they were both lovely.

We had the church bells wake us up at 6:45 or 7:00 am every morning so if we wanted to sleep until later hour it was annoying.

Location of the hotel is excellent

The church is right next to the hotel, and they ring the bells at random times as early as 6:45 am

It was clean and equipped. It’s in a good location to the town and the bus is right outside.

It wasn’t clear on the website that kids couldn’t use the spa area. The pictures make it look like there is a pool and there isn’t, it’s a jacuzzi for adults only. Some of the staff were a bit grumpy and made us feel uncomfortable.

Church bells (right next to hotel) were a bit too early and noisy!

- the sauna area is really nice.- the staff were friendly and attentive for the most part (when the restaurant was busy, they kind of lost their charm).- really nice location in a charming old building right in the town center.

- very firm mattress.- water temp changes while showering. it sometimes became very hot mid-shower!- door to bathroom had a large gap and offered very little privacy.- cigarette smoke wafting into the room from the balcony above.- incredibly loud church bells right across the street on sat and sun morning around 7am. you will wake up.- the mirror in the bathroom was rather old and looked like there was a glaze over it.- check out at 10am was too early.- the floor towel was imprinted with "88" - even if unintentional, this is poor taste in austria.

We loved the Austrian decor and all the family history around the hotel. The Spa facilities were incredible and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The restaurants were amazing and we loved trying all the traditional dishes!

This place is SO beautiful - location is great, and the rooms perfect! I have never meet such kindhearted people in a hotel reception as I did here - we felt at home the moment we stepped inside! Also the food is delicious - the breakfast is yummy!

The only thing we thought was a bit ‘mew’ was that only the pool was with bathing clothes, and in all the saunas you were supposed to be naked, sitting on a towel. When we were there, only middle aged men were there, and it felt super uncomfortable to go in, being to young girls.

Beatiful Hotel in the heart of Mayrhofen. Very good restaurant and the spa is amazing.
