Very clean modern hotel in centre of town with good underground parking. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant on top floor. Sauna.

Right next to railway line so some noise of trains passing heard through night.

The hotel was clean and perfectly located only a short walk from the ski list. The hotel was easy to reach by car and had secure underground parking available. Additionally the rooftop bar/breakfast area was beautiful with amazing views.

A lovely modern property in a good location to the town centre and the ski lifts.It is adjacent to a Trainline and station, however the insulation and glazing made this a non-issue unless the window was open

The room was a little warm for my liking and only way to keep it cool was to open the window. It was winter but as I mentioned before if you open the window you hear the trains. Just turn down the heating little throughout the hotel!!

Rooms are excellent. Compact but has loads of hooks and storage. Resturant and bar is the best in town. Just love it up there. Bar manager was 5* . Breakfast staff had a tea and a coffee on the table on day two without asking...they just knew. Observant and friendly.

Everyone needs a day off. The bar/restaurant closed on Wednesday. Missed going up there.

Location and staff were amazing.

I was charged an additional €200 at check out which left a bitter taste after having spent significant money at the bar and restaurant during stay.

Nice hotel.The restaurant at the top where also breakfast is served is great and it's a highlight during our stay.Good facilities for drying the ski equipment and very friendly personnel.

Our room was on the 1st floor and facing the main road and it was noisy during the night.I would specifically request a room at a higher floor, looking at the other side if I come back.

The railway is really close and the noise from it is substantial.

Great location, the breakfast was delicious, but got boring after a couple of days. The selection was limited.

So much noise. The hotel was located near the train tracks, which would've been fine if there was AC, but there wasn't. So you can choose whether you wanted to be kept awake by the noise or the summer heat.

Room was extremely hot (no AC and 30c outside) so had to open windows but when we did the noise of the trains, traffic and the restaurant opposite were unbearable. Constant lights on in the street. We asked to move rooms but it was fully booked and they were unable to provide a fan. This was the last 3 nights of a very scenic trip to Austria and was a great disappointment. Sky lounge also too hot.

The cocoons and their own entertainment set per bed was very nice!! The rooms were clean and neat. Good shower. Breakfast varied, but there was enough to choose from

Beds were sweaty, no airco and when the windows are open (because is was simmering hot) the traintracks are quite (very!) loud.

I would rate the hotel with a 9, but the noise by traffic on the street and the trains are horrible Staff was very nice

Good breakfast with great view. Distance to the centre of the town. Access to the beautiful swimming pool 400m from the hotel.

Bad air circulation and no cooling in the room so the window had to be open all the time. Because the room was next to a railway passage with a lot of trains passing there was too much noise. We only could sleep using airplugs.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Simple Check in check out procedures. Location was perfect

I would have asked for a room with a view if I realized how spectacular the surrounding landscape was.

Centrally located in the heart of beautiful St. Johann in Tirol.Staff were really friendly and accommodating!

It was very hot in the room, despite turning the heating down to zero. Had to sleep with window open and then the trains were very loud.
