Modern, clean, good location

Only 2 receptionists made for longer waiting time

Easy location to the train station. Cool hotel rooftop bar.

Pool was ice cold as was the hot tub. Cleaning supply smell throughout. Floor sticky. Staff not really friendly.

Very modern well appointed hotel just minutes from the train station. Rooftop pool and bar/patio were also a nice touch.

As an English speaker communication with the staff was a bit of an issue. However, nothing that wasn¿t solved using Google translate.

The location. There's a nice restaurant at the hotel but we like to go out to explore more options On both sides of the hotel there are many affordable restaurants to choose from.Loved the huge walking, user friendly shower. Be careful with the fluctuation of water temperatures.Loved the comfy King size bed and spacious roomLoved the special dinner on Christmas Eve at the hotel restaurant AL- ZAGAL It was top!The train station is walking distance to the hotel maybe 10 mins at the most if carrying light weight.Recommend 100 %

We were charged close to triple at first. This thing when you're given a ticket and don't look or look but you're in a hurry! We later returned and they acknowledged the computer error...and returned the money back into our CC

Nice hotel on a good location, near to the train station. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious.

The shower is in a bath and in it quite a high step in/out for not to tall people. Also the water heater of the shower was not stable going from very hot to cold and back.

The hotel is very convenient to all amenities, a few nice cafes and lovely restaurants nearby The train station is only 8 mins walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's clean and neat. The deco is a little out dated. Will definitely stay here again.??

The shower , which is hard to access and use, and the water temperature changes a lot make showers uncomfortable experience

We booked a junior suite and it was nice- although only one fridge worked and the kettle needed to beMoved to the bedroom to be plugged in. Air con was a bit noisy. Bed was lovely and comfortable and shower was warm and powerful Toiletries were lovely. Pool area was good. Around 20 sunbeds and seating area.

Reception and front of house Staff were cold and frankly didn’t give a damm. when we checked in very AI and robotic- could not help us with any questions we asked about the local area. Overall unhelpful and probably need to look for new jobs as they clearly hate the ones they have There are no English TV channels- not a big problem but for a 4 star maybe BBC news would have been good.
