Air conditioner was amazing, location amazing, pool was nice

Tiny, only 2 twin beds, no towels at pool, limited pool hours 11am-9pm, cold pool. Staff very strict on room occupancy and only 1 entrance. No parking.

Fairly clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Relatively close to tourist attractions. A decent BF buffet is available for ~12 Euros.

Very small room. The safe in the room was broken and not usable.

Great location—just a short walk to the city center. The room was super nice and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was amazing, with tons of tasty options. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, within walking distance to the train station, city center and restaurantes. There is a granier in the hotel which is also nice for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Everything was great, as expected. The TV did not work in the room.

The proximity to tourist attractions is good, rooms are neat and good food.

It lacks the standard complimentary slippers and enough water and toiletries for 3 people in the triple room (we had to ask for additional)

Unfortunately this property was not clean and the room also reeked badly of smoke. The aircon also barely worked and we had to sign our life away just to obtain a towel so our 3rd guest could have a shower - the receptionist was unwilling to provide one even though our booking was for 3 people.

Overall, it’s a lovely and clean place in a great location, with very kind staff and a café right next to the hotel, as well as a rooftop pool that unfortunately wasn’t operating in November, even though I feel it really should be.

As someone who wakes up very early to work, I really missed having a kettle for tea or coffee in the room.

Great breakfast, and breakfast staff were wonderful. Superior location. Parking nearby.

No air conditioning

Location was excellent - short stroll to the sights and main city area. We found free overnight parking nearby. Breakfast was great. The only disappointment was that the pool closed early on the day we stayed so were unable to use it.

Check in was quite slow.

Room not soundproof

Very modern and clean room. Staff is very nice. The breakfast (9 euro) provides a lot of variety food.

They only provide a flat sheet for cover even feel fine

Good location, walking distance from Train station and historic center. Clean room with king size bed. Breakfast was really good. Nice pool on the roof.

Reception is understaffed. It takes very long to complete check-in, especially during the morning hour when lots of guests are checking in/out. No room service nor service by the pool (drinks, snack ...).

A good, clean location, close to the train station (19 minutes walk). Very nice breakfast buffet. The rooftop poll is also a bonus.

Water damaged bathroom floor needs replacing.

Nice hotel with amenities including perfect little bakery for breakfast/lunch. The reception staff was friendly and efficient--they called a taxi for us and assisted with gettting a larger at the time we needed. The lobby was comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were well sized, with comfortable beds, and included toiletries. I liked that they had USB ports which didn't require outlet adaptors--it was really convenient! The Rooftop pool is a nice break from the summer heat, and the front desk issues towels for use there.

The location is nice, but it's neither close to the train station, nor downtown, so walking is required to either location. Also, the pool is small, as is the deck, and can get crowded.

Located just 10 minutes walk from the train station, very comfortable rooms with large beds. Bathroom very clean with toiletries and extras like comb, toothbrush & paste, body lotion etc. Small but nice pool on the roof.Walking to distance to large shopping street, 15/20 minutes to main attractions. Very close to Mercado Victoria which is a fun place to eat, drink and relax.Small pool on roof.Breakfast had a selection of juices, plain yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries (donuts included!), variety of bread (toasters available), cold meats, cheeses, spreads. Hot food included bacon, eggs, tortilla. Coffee, tea and hot drinks.

Check- in was extremely slow even though we had checked in online, we stood and waited over 35minutes.No bar or snack cafe, no water in room or place to refill downstairs.

Location was good and great for treks around the old city. And 10 min walk to the train station. Good breakfast.

We had anticipated a twin room would be like a US twin bed room where only 1 bed would be required as a couple. These beds were narrow and pushed together to make one, so we'd have much preferred the one-bed option.

The property was in a good location. The triple was small, but we were only there to sleep, so that was fine. The pool was also small, but we were using it just to cool off, so it was perfect.

Our bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. I found a hair on the faucet of the tub and a hair clip on the floor when we arrived.

Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, great pool area, walking distance from downtown, friendly staff. Very satisfied overall.

The AC control on the wall was missing temperature markings, so we had to guess the setting and adjust it based on the clicking sound when turning the dial. Walls are quite thin, could hear the other guests pretty well.

Great location- just a little outside of the historical center, totally walkable and very quiet!
