the staff was not willing to take questions. There were 2 people when we checked in. We asked a question and the young lady was trying to help us and the gentleman working with her cut her off from helping.

Some rooms have been refurbished and are very nice. Others (like the first one we stayed in before we changed rooms) older very hot!

The location was perfect, we put our car in their underground parking garage and walked to everything from the Hotel.The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a nice spacious walk-in shower with a large shower head and the option of switiching to a hand held shower, which is always welcome. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. No restaurant at the Hotel, but they have a bar and there are restaurants closeby. Would stay here again when visiting Cordoba and thoroughly recommend.

There was a terrible smell from the sewers in the bath. Towels not very clean.

The location is close to the old town center and the historic Jewish Quarter. It is easy to walk everywhere. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is on a quiet street. They serve a wonderful breakfast, too.

Great variety for breakfast. Out of all the hustle and bustle of restaurants and sites, but close enough to walk everywhere. Front desk, maid service and bar staff all friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

Really good location within easy walking distance to the sights and restaurants. Very car friendly as it’s just off the main streets and parking garage under the hotel is convenient and secure. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have experienced in Spain. Would absolutely stay there again.

Clean. Well-located, out of the busy streets, but within walking distance to restaurants, attractions and all kinds of shops. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty and varied breakfast.

The room was dated and felt kind of cramped. Lighting could be improved. Overall good value for money.

We advised reception that our room door needed to be slammed hard to close. When we came back after hours, the door was open. We were moved to a room that was much smaller and ac wasn’t effective either. Next morning we spoke to the hotel manager and he was quite unperturbed. He waived the parking charge as compensation. Also the cleaning lady walked into our room which had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and that too without knocking.

Breakfast was great, great selection and fresh products. The patio was lovely to enjoy breakfast in. The AC in the room was easy to use and powerful.

This should not be a 4 star hotel. We had ants in the bathroom and the floor boards were loose the toilet seat and skirting boards in the room need urgent replacing. The mattresses were worn out. We found hair in the bed sheets. Overall the cleanliness was not what we would expect. I was also missing some tissues in the room. In the hallway, the hand rail of the back staircase was loose - dangerous for people needing it.

Very clean - one of the best showers so far, and a decent size room. The breakfast was superb..….eggs, bacon, granola, meats, fruit, other varieties of things. One thing I personally liked…an enlarged mirror in the bathroom. It had very good air conditioning. The staff was very helpful in assisting us in how to get to the Feria, which was going on at the time (an amazing experience) It was well located to all the main sites and plenty of restaurants. We walked from the train station to the hotel, but I would suggest getting a taxi instead. Upon leaving, we taxied back to the train station and it was pretty cheap. Except for going to the train station, you can walk everywhere - no problem. Even though they didn’t have coffee in the room (except for instant) the coffee in the breakfast room was super….two kinds….Jura machine expresso and “longo” and another machine that used capsules. I would return if we ever come back here.

The net curtains in our room were dirty and the flooring had been badly repaired, The waste bin in the bathroom had a big dent in the lid. The bed wasn't particularly big.
