Wonderful staff. Quiet spot to sit on the roof at the end of the day. Parking accommodated.

The inner room we were given had a musty smell; we were given a room with an outside window right away.

I loved how everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and the spa was so nice! My favorite thing was the massage, the lady was so nice and professional

Away from the tourist hubbub, but only 15 walkable minutes with interesting, pretty things to see on the way. Good breakfast w/ several protein options, lots of fresh fruit plus lots of other options for carbs. Nespresso coffee in rooms/breakfast. Cordial, helpful staff. Super clean. QUIET. There’s a beautiful Capuchin community and churches on the adjacent rear square. Stunning at night. Minutes from an excellent flamenco bar. 18 minute walk to bus/train stations.

I wasn’t able to use the spa or spa services because I left it to the last minute. Tip: book upon arrival or in advance if this is a priority.

The location was great, the rooms was spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff were outstanding they could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

The hotel was in a good location.Breakfast was good.The pool was small on the roof top with a few sunbeds and parasols but no availability for refreshments and very hot!Bed comfortable and adequate for the two days we were there.Had a lovely massage, much needed after the walking we did!

The car park was not accessible for larger vehicles so we had to park some distance from the hotel which wasn't ideal

Being on the street level - lack of privacy

Excellent location. The building has been renovated but still retains it's external charm. The hotel's café/restaurant has a nice area to sit outside and watch local life. Very close to the old part of town. The Mosque-Cathedral is a short walk away. The hotel provides parking if you want it, but it'll be cheaper to find street parking or other parking lots.

The hotel was situated close to the Plaza de Colon and restaurants. The hotel had an outdoor dining area in front of the hotel that was ideal for having a drink late in the day. The breakfast and staff were very good.

The location was fantastic, and they valeted our car,so we did not have to navigate parking. Rooms were spacious, and very comfortable. Very clean, and good breakfast.

The location was great, walkable to the Mosque, restaurants, and stores. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great (sorry I forgot to take a picture). The restaurant had some nice tapas. I would stay again, I was sad to leave the hotel!

Cute hotel, nice room, a little far from La Mezquita.

There are no real hotel managers onsite. They’re all shuffling paper at the corporate office while the low paid workers run everything. Parking is not onsite, not free (€20 per day), and the hours to get access to the car are limited.The hotel does not answer to communications through Booking.com.

Helpful front desk staff. Clean. Excellent massage with Sonia. Great Jacuzzi.

Nice hotel close to the centre. Staff friendly and room very nice also.

Was quite noisy at night, particularly with bins being collected early morning. Rooms could do with better double or triple glazing if possible.

Really nice small hotel. Friendly staff and in a good location. We loved the room and wish we had time for the cool spa on the lower level.

Fabulous hotel in a great location, close to centre. Hotel was clean, comfortable and very friendly.Room was very modern and spacious, we had a small lounge area with a sofa as well as a king bed and lovely bathroom.Only negative was our room overlooked an internal space so only had another wall to look at.Otherwise it was an excellent choice.

Comfy bed, lights, antique decor, sufficient mirrors for makeup application. Breakfast was good.

Didn’t like the mirror doors on bathroom because it can cause accident by walking into mirrored door. Room was not quiet, had to open window to allow fresh air in. Noisy street re garbage collection.
