The location was awesome.

Getting there with a car was hard, so I parked elsewhere and walk there.

Location was perfect. We got a room with a parking option that was extremely helpful. Service was very attentive and very professional. We really like everything about our stay. Although we did not take breakfast there, we heard only good things about it.

Beautiful courtyard for drinks and food. Excellent location for a quick trip to the historic centre.

The air conditioning in the first room I got didn’t work properly so I had to switch rooms at 11pm

The rooms are very small and the worst no international tv channels or new or anything English and it was not a smart tv that you can connect to it by your own phone ? and watch Netflix or YouTube, etc. That’s very annoying

The location, the warm welcome of the staff, the room, the architecture, the people and the food.

Everything was si.plt great and we wanted to stay longer but no additional nights were available.

Closer to the Mezquita and many other monuments one cannot get. Amazing location which was not difficult to find by car at all. Room 116 is a very nice and large room overlooking the dining patio. It has lots of natural light. In one part of the hotel one can see preserved part of an archeological site with remains of a Roman building and mosaic fragments. The large breakfast buffet was very varied. There is room service, an outdoor dining area and indoor dining area as well. One can park under the hotel by going down very steep ramps: reservations for a parking spot are not available. This walking impaired traveler had no mobility difficulty in this hotel.

The room we saw for motion impaired travelers was very small, had no space for a wheelchair in the shower and looked out on an air shaft. I think Eurostars can and should do better in this respect.

The problem with the parking lot. I made the reservation because the hotel offered parking lot and when we arrived, the parking lot was full and I had to park in other place, some blocks away from the hotel. I think the parking lot is very small.

Location was excellent, hotel room, facilities, restaurant were impecable. Love everything . Staff was very polite and ready to help, for me it was a bonus
