Hotel Selu

The staff was very welcoming and informative. The check-in process was quick and easy, they gave us a map and some ideas to hop around the city, and they always said hello every time you saw a staff member.

Our air conditioning (EVERY DAY) did not work. It had to be reset by the front desk. Super inconvenient when paying quite a bit of money for our room. It's on a very dirty, unpaved road, that seems sketchy after hours, however, nothing went wrong!

Breakfast was barely OK, cereal was stale, bread was also old , reheated too many times and there was no real variety of warm food, Terrible mini sauasages ad warm tomatoes. The eggs seemed like real eggs not powdered eggs.

The beds were awful, I still have the lower back pain from trying to sleep on the worse bed I have slept on. There were two body pillows and dirty, stained old yellow fleece blankets to try to sleep with because the room was so cold. I would not recommend this hotel unless you bring your own duvet or blanket.

Well located hotel between the train station & the historic center. We only stayed 1 night - our room was quiet with good air-conditioning, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel had the VERY BEST front desk staff - special shout out to Stephanie who was very helpful with dining recommendations. We appreciated that the hotel provided luggage storage upon check-out so that we could do our tour in the morning and return back for our luggage before catching our train to Madrid in the afternoon.

It would have been great if the room had a hot water kettle or coffee maker

Close to historic center of Cordoba

Room was nice except AC was turned off every day, and we had to ask each time to cool down the hot room on the top floor

We didn’t plan enough time to see everything in Cordoba, a very interesting historical city.

The hotel is well situated for access to the main railway station and within easy walking distance of tourist attractions. The location is slightly off the beaten track in a side street location but convenient once I got my bearings. The room facilities were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

Would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room or the lounge area.

The cleaning of the room could have been better. Had to ask for toilet paper, shampoo etc. Didn’t need clean towels one day and they gave them anyway but not what we needed like new bath gel toilet paper etc

Good location with a parking garage.

The breakfast staff at the cafe is not friendly toward our requests for getting coffee.

Great stay, even with the power outage Selu had a generator when most places dude not. Stephanie helped me with power outage travel issues.Very good breakfast choices, too.

We waited for 15 minutes alone at the check-in desk (it was quite late at night!) for a staff member to appear...

Hot breakfast items cold. Room next to lift so noisy sometimes in early hours. We tend to find that we end up with these rooms with issues more when book through Booking.com rather than direct with hotels

Very nice accommodations, quiet, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Hotel staff were terrific , pleasant, and kept our luggage until our room was ready.

Everything was fine. Although we opted not to have breakfast because we are not early morning eaters, we do enjoy having coffee. One very pleasant gentleman was kind enough to make us coffee. Otherwise, there’s no other option but to go out to find coffee each morning or evening tea. Cold water was available during the day in the lobby.

Clean, comfortable, well located between train station and old town. Friendly staff.
