Pros +
- The hotel is not very far from the center and the bus stop is in front. By foot, it takes about 30 minutes to reach the center. The hotel has a small terrace, where food and drinks can be enjoyed. The room is fairly small but clean.
- Surprised this is a one star hotel. It's very clean, great facilities. Maybe it's a one star because it's small. The staff was super friendly.
- I liked the cleanliness and the comfortable bed.
Cons -
- The carpark is extremely small and couldn't fit our car. The location is ok but not fantastic.
- The bad: the hotel is a good distance from the main tourist attractions of Granada. The good: the hotel is situated in a more authentic neighborhood of Granada. For the first time in my three-week trip, I could experience the "real" Spain, walking through working class residential areas, enjoying tapas and a meal at a rough outdoor cafe where locals gathered, children played in the streets, people walked their dogs or just hung out on their balconies to savor the cool evening breezes.
- - Noisy, like hearing people talking in the hallways, slamming doors from the other hallway end, or being able to hear all of the neighbor's phone call. Therefore you might need to turn down your television, to respect the neighbors.- Weak and therefore very slow wifi signal. This was irritating because mobile phone connection was also weak in the room. Please owners, invest in wifi boosters/extenders.

Great hotel with helpful and kind staff. The room was very clean and tidy, had a great sleep. My warm recommendations and I will be back for sure.
Good room. Grateful for the comfortable bed and pillows. Modern bathroom. Better than expected. ~3 km out of city center (depending where you start counting), but opposite of a large supermarket and next to a bus stop (#5, 20 min), you can also take buses #2/6 a few blocks north. Buses appear to run well on schedule. A taxi would be maybe 10 euros one-way.

Pleasant personal at the reception, very willing to help and support. Parking is a challenge in that region, but they will help you out.
Maybe a bit more choice for breakfast for somebody who is used to eat a bit more than a "general Spanish" breakfast.... :-)
Very cleanRoom as per the pictures
Bad internet connection Not easy to commute (40 minutes from the station and old town)
Far from the center, the reception is rude, no thanks or anything nice
The receptionist not really polite
Staff were great!!! and beds were comfortable. Did the job for what we wanted for a nights stay. Also had onsite parking!
A little too far out of town.
The restaurant on the ground floor is good for any moment of the day and open since early until late, offering coffee, drinks, food, snacks. They have paid parking in the building. The value for money is good. It is very clean, seems to be a new building. A bit small room, but big enough bathroom. Very polite and helpful staff. The location is good, surrounded by shops, cafes and a few fruit markets and supermarket. The old city is 20 minutes walk.
It didn't have a fridge, or kettle.
Location and value for money was exceptional. Was a short distance to the attractions of Cordoba. I would most Definitely recommend staying here for a visit rather than right in the middle of the attractions. Friendly staff, great food, what's not to like?
Absolutely nothing negative to sayEverything was excellent
Very helpful. Check in was easy and everyone was very nice.
Parking. Do not park your car or try to park your car in the garage.
Very easy to reach by car. The parking is a bit inconvenient, but it's definitely worth it. The reception staff were always available to help with any problem. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Additionally, there is a bar/restaurant adjacent to the hotel that serves quality drinks and food at very reasonable prices.
hotel has been recently refurbishedroom size was nice as well as the parking facility

Room was nice size and clean. Was able to have parking at the site and good area.
Great staff and comfy beds
Takes a while to get to the city centre
The room was clean and the staff was there 24 hours so we didn’t have to worry about the time of arrival.
There was no parking and we had to do circles around the area for about 15 minutes to find the parking and then had to walk around 1km to the hotel. The room was very small and we could hear neighbors often.
Easy to find, convenient for the city, lovely staff and secure parking
As a motorcyclist the entrance to the car park was off camber and quite steep, im a confident rider but was still a little concerned I may drop my motorcycle
The property is new and clean.
Reception team did not allow us to check in early and hotel is far from city centre and no parking availible.
The restaurant and staff were great. Vanessa and Sarai (I don't think I'm spelling that right) were great. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable.
