Overall, this place is nice. Beautiful views, free parking, big rooms.
The main issue is with the planning of the hotel. We were given a room on the 1st floor, which was very loud, because the noises travel freely from the lobby and the restaurant to all lower-floor rooms. We requested to change the room and they agreed to move us upstairs, which was much better. There is a shortage of staff and long lines at check in.
Breakfast was adequate. I was disappointed at dinner as the wine pours were very small. When I asked for another glass of wine, I wasn’t quite finished my first glass and the waiter maybe poured about 3 ounces in .The pool was lovely.
It’s not close to anything so you have to eat at their restaurant unless you want to taxi into town. It would be no problem if you have a car.
Sitting by the pool meant sitting behind the hedge and not even being able to see the pool. Chairs were NOT ALLOWED in the actual pool area ….which seems ridiculous since it’s a pool !
We stayed in a junior suite as a treat. Lovely and decadent.
We ate one night in the hotel as we had decided to book B&B on our trip around Andalucia.Although very nice, I felt it was very expensive for what we ate. We have had nicer meals/ tapas for a lot less.
A true Parador! Great accommodations, food and bev, lovely pool. Great staff!
Lovely view of Cordoba. Pool.
Food was expensive in the restaurant and mediocre quality.
Location good, fairly quiet. Approx 2.5 mile easy walk to Mosque/cathedral and bridge. Hotel lovely inside and also the grounds.
Time to be served at dinner. Waited over an hour for main course, 2 courses took over 2 hours. Also breakfast manic, too many people on same sitting. Coffee machine took an age resulting in a queue. Stayed 2 years ago and service was much better. Shame.
Ample room with a beautiful balcony, facing the city of Córdoba.
Quit , beautiful hotel , views incredible, big rooms , nice breakfast . Easy to go to city with Taxi for around 10 /11 euros .
Nothing expect maybe Lady at the desk was not welcoming at all. After a long drive it’s nice to hear welcome in our hotel /cordoba . The men behind were very friendly .
Pleasant
Breakfast was poor. No healthy cereals eg muesli granola etc. Cooked breakfast was just bacon and egg and bacon looked like it had barely been in the pan. Had to serve your own coffee at the machine.
It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the city, a nide pool and tranquil gardens.
It feels dated - old carpeting - needs some updating inside.
Breakfast buffet and service were excellent. Pool was not functioning due to season - no problem. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was up to the standard we expect of Paradors.
We upgraded to a junior suite for modest cost - gorgeous room.It is easy to reach the centre of Cordoba via #13 bus, which leaves close to the end of the drive serving the hotel.Facilities are excellent and breakfast/ restaurant food of high quality. Friendly, helpful front desk staff.
Nothing to note.
Really comfortable in a quiet and peaceful setting. Loved the covered balcony with a view! The staff were friendly and helpful!
Paradore in an excellent position. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Beds very comfy and great facilities in the room.
Shower over the bath!
The staff were amazing, they couldn't have done more for you, particularly during the dinner experience. The food was very good, albeit a bit overpriced - both dinner and breakfast I would under normal circumstances paid less. Unfortunately, the Aircon also did not seem to work which made sleeping in 25 degrees difficult. But I cannot overstate the friendliness of the staff, our every request was handled quickly, professionally and with a smile on their faces. The location is a bit outside of the city center, but personally we liked the tranquility and being away from the hustle and bustle. My wife absolutely loved the hotel's antique style
The Parador has a nice, typical Spanish atmosphere. Most of the staff are friendly, they do a good service. Many rooms offer an open view to the city.
The building has aged and needs some updates here and there, same for the bathroom in the room.
