This is an historic family manor converted into a small hotel. From the very quiet street you enter a beautiful courtyard filled with plants and the tiles on the walls are gorgeous. Our room was a good size with a large bathroom and shutters for the windows to provide dark and just right air conditioning that was not loud. Comfortable beds, small refrigerator, wardrobe to hang clothing. We were checked in on arrival and shown around the hotel, which has a wonderful lower courtyard with a plunge pool and some lounge chairs and a small refrigerator stocked with drinks for purchase, including the beer made by the owner, Manuel. Breakfast was served on the balcony overlooking the courtyard and was something different every day and mostly made in-house. Breads, jams, fruit, yogurt and great coffee. Delicious! The location was a few blocks to the Mezquita and historic center. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within a few blocks.
It was all wonderful!
Ambiance of the hotel was what we had hoped for in a small, boutique accommodation. Our room shutters opened on to the lovely court with lush greenery.Breakfast room, terrace and pool area were all very comfortable. The receptionist/hostess, Cezia, was extremely helpful in providing suggestions for sites to see and things to do. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.Very walkable with most sites less than 15 minutes away.
That we only spent two nights there!
Lovely, beautiful old Spanish house. Maria José and Cellia are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Breakfast service very good.
No elevator so best to travel light! Also, garage is available, but a few blocks away.
Hotel and staff was great. Breakfast tasty though not big. Good advice from hotel staff on places to see/eat.
What a beautiful refuge in the old town of Cordoba! We loved how quiet it was, the fresh and homemade breakfast in the mornings, and the friendly and personal touches of the owner.
The WiFi was a bit temperamental in our room but it wasn’t a problem.
An exceptional small hotel with a warm and relaxing ambiance and very caring owners. Room (with terrace!) was furnished with a lot of character. Bathroom lighting was phenomenal. Walking distance to all sights.
No safe in the room, but property felt very secure.
Lovely staff, gorgeous courtyard, beautiful tile and a historic feel to the property. Breakfast on the terrace. Unbeatable location.
Beautiful and charming property in the historic center of Cordoba. The owner, Manuel and his two employees, Maria Jose and Celia are really friendly and resourceful, Freshly baked bread and great coffee every morning served with homemade jams were a really nice way to start the day.
Nothing that i can think pf.
Wonderful location, easy walk to old town. Extremely helpful staff. Charming hotel/home. Very good breakfast in a delightful patio.
We found the bed too hard but the bedding was comfortable and good quality.
Everything. Clean, perfect location, amazing staff, and outstanding breakfast that varied each day. A special thank you to the owner and staff for helping me with logistics after my flight was cancelled . Córdoba is a magic city and Casa de los Azulejos is the perfect place to stay.

What a gem! A beautiful little hotel in the old town, within a few minutes walking distance of the mezquita and Alcázar and river. The owners were lovely, couldn’t do enough for you, and we wished we were staying for more than one night!
