Hotel got a little carried away with tech. Room keys and room lighting didn?t work well. Hallway lighting dark

I love the hotel. Great value for the price. The location is perfect near the Puerta de Almodóvar and the juderia. Super modern. Like the pool great for the hot weather. The frontdesk personel were excelent. I wll recomended to all my friends.

Close of tourist points and easy access.

Unfortunately, my room had many issues like light, toilet etc. Then, they gave me an upgrade.

Fair bit of noise from outside & mechanical hum in the bathroom. Every time you got up the "nightlite" switched on & wakes up my spouse. There was no concierge & for a self proclaimed (by hotel) 5 star hotel there should be a fluent English speaker around

Great stuff and the reception, welcoming and knowledgeable. The room is large, the mattress is firm, the shower is powerful. Everything impeccably clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Parking was very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety and quality. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Walkable to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

The only thing I noticed is that the underground garage is not exclusive to the hotel, other people can park there too and also get in to the elevator and push hotel floors, no room key scan is required, feels a bit odd.

I like all, a minus is the location but it is only 10 min from center of town .

The staff was incredibly helpful with a big thanks to David for all his assistance. The location directly across the street from the entrance to the old city was terrific. Bedroom was clean and comfortable with only one exception.

The pillows on the bed were extremely hard which we did not realize until we went to bed our first night causing a bad night’s sleep. The next day we asked about softer pillows and they immediately and happily gave us a couple. I know some people like hard pillows, but why not provide two of each instead of 4 hard ones so everyone has what they like from the start.

The shower and bathtub are fantastic! Convenient location, pianist was entertaining. Modern and welcoming

The double bed could be a tiny bit bigger.

It was really a great place to stay in, a really close place to center of the town, the staff were pleasant and really helpful with every little detail, the view was great. The room was neat, comfortable.Room service was fast and professional.
