The upbeat and friendly staff. Each time we were in the lobby or in breakfast room, were always welcomed with a smile

The only reason did give room an excellent rating was that our room was on a balcony that had a hallway door that could be entered onto balcony and then to room. We did not feel safe leaving our window open. Room 124. But overall, EXCELLENT

This is the best Hotel in Nierstein. With actual air conditioning in the room it is way ahead of most hotels in Germany. The complimentary breakfast is absolutely incredible. The swimming pool was nice. The room was good sized for a German hotel.

Upon checkout the 3rd shift receptionist incorrectly double charged my credit card (3 days later still trying to get this resolved). The parking is not terribly convenient unless you want to pay 8 euros a night. No big deal on that though really.

Very friendly staff, nice location and large room. We also enjoyed the breakfast and that you have a covered parking. We traveled with 3 kids and felt very welcome.

It was very hot and the hotel does not have air conditioning, however the staff got us multiple fans for our 2 rooms and that made it comfortable.

Great hotel, good location, staff could not be more helpful and friendly and the food was traditional and very good.

Nice hotel and restaurant in Nierstein. Easy to find. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast was good as well. Room large, clean. Bike storage in their underground garage.

The courtyard terrace is very pleasant, like the swimming pool and sauna facilities. The room and comfy beds are great.

I did not like to be served burned mushrooms... When the kind waitress noticed the black food she ensured a healthy cooked replacement.

Good bicycle storage. Nice staff, especially Sebastian Mann who is a great individual and a credit to your organization. He made us feel welcomed, valuable customers, and very comfortable.

The room we had was overlooking the external eating area and had excellent views.. (de first picture) The room also had a veranda with two chairs on which to relax. The air conditioning was really very good which provided the right environment for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was well appointed with a good long flat surface for all your personal items. The room also came with tea making facilities and a small fridge built into a cupboard. All of the staff were very polite and helpful and also gave us a small jug of fresh milk to take up to the room for 1st cup of morning tea

The room had a shower over a bath which my wife found difficult to get in and out of unaided. The evening meals we had were excellent but the menu was limited.

Well located, nice for a family. We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool with my kids. Good value

Friendly, very clean, quiet, good comfortable beds.

No air conditioning, shower temperature changing all the time. Staff couldn't print an invoice, 4 days and many promises later I still have not received an invoice. I said I'd be happy with a proforma invoice, again promised to send, still waiting... This is disappointing, as the staff was really friendly !

Centrally located in the small town of Nierstein. Restaurant is open everyday which is definitely a plus! Room is spacious, decor slightly outdated. Coffee and tea amenities in the room, no mini bar or empty fridge. Breakfast is definitely sufficient.

Room could be cleaner, the odd hair here and there.

Excellent location and a great room.

The receptionist in the evening was not friendly. I Had to go back to the reception as the door key was not working and she didn’t bother to apologize for her mistake. The receptionist in the morning however was helpful and friendly.
