Hotel Pizzeria VENEZIA

A nice and comfy place for an overnight stay if you have a flight from Hahn to catch. Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful and silent town with few restaurants and cafes at walking distance.Best part is the hotel offers free airport pick up and drop and airport is at 10 mins distance by car.

No AC in room. Only fan available, room can get hot during summer.

The location was convenient. The place was well kept very nice and the restaurant next to it ran by the property as well was nice and the food was well priced and good taste.

Small village amongst beautiful gentle rolling hills, nice & quiet ?

Everything was so clean. It was so quaint and very cozy.The staff was wonderful and it was a fabulous first night of our trip. We were able to walk to the Restaurant around the corner for dinner and we had the Breakfast that they offer for the next morning (just a small charge) and the dining room was very nice and cozy!The Host and his Wife were wonderful.Thank you so much!!!!

We liked everything. There were four in our group and we all agreed on these points. It was super clean, beds comfortable, very quiet and the rooms were perfectly sized. Angela and Carlo were the catalyst for our wonderful stay. We were only there for one night but we all wanted to come back and stay again.

It was close to the airport and they have their own shuttle bus, so we didn't have any issues with the transfer.The pizzeria, that is part of the hotel was open when we arrived (late in the evening), and the food was great.

Perfect stay after flying into HHN. Free shuttle to Hotel. Gracious host. Good breakfast.

Everything was great, the owners of the hotel were so kind and helpful. They picked us from the airport and gave us a lift back as well.

Excellent facilities - very clean room - beautiful smelling products - owner came and picked us up from airport at night and then left us back the next day, so grateful for this!!

Everything! The room, the cozy bed, the nice hot shower, the breakfast, the pick up service, the peace at the Hotel and the friendliness of the owners!

An ok place to spend the night before the flight from Hahn airport. I suspect that different rooms have different levels of renovation. Mine was a single room and yeah, it was a bit shabby

They provide nyc hospitality,the staff was very cooperative,the most important thing they provide free taxi to airport which makes them different from others.

As a solo female traveler and a non-German guest, I felt that the service I received was noticeably different from that given to others. During my stay, I observed that a German couple in my transfer group was treated with significantly more friendliness by the hotel staff. When they were late for our transfer, the hotel chose to wait for them for 15 minutes, which caused unnecessary stress for me as I had to rush to catch my bus at the last minute. Despite this inconvenience, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. Additionally, I was not provided with basic guidance, such as directions to the restaurant for morning coffee.Overall, I found the staff’s attitude to be indifferent and unaccommodating, which was disappointing. I cannot say for certain whether this was due to my nationality or the fact that I was traveling alone, but the lack of courtesy and professionalism left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to non-German travelers, as the level of service and respect may not be the same for everyone.
