Pros +
- Everything was great, from the quality of the food (excellent breakfast and dinner!) to the room.
- Our stay at Savoia Resort was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very well equipped, and the mountain location was simply gorgeous. The food deserves special praise. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently superb, with excellent quality and variety. The skiing experience was incredibly easy and convenient, with ski rentals and lockers right on site, making everything seamless. The facilities were outstanding: a wonderful spa, pool, hot tub, and a welcoming lobby where hot chocolate and pastries were available throughout the day. Most importantly, the staff made this stay truly exceptional. Everyone, from reception (special thanks to Anna) to the dining room, housekeeping, spa, and pool staff, was friendly, helpful, and responsive. We felt genuinely cared for, more like staying with family than at a hotel. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and welcoming throughout our stay.A special thank you to Giordano, the General Manager and Owner, who was a perfect host. He was always present, attentive, and made sure every guest was having a great experience. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful care given to our daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs. We truly cannot say enough good things about how much we enjoyed our time at Savoia Resort. And celebrating New Year’s Eve there was a very special bonus. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking to ski in the area.
- The staff is what truly we loved!!!Vito, Dino, Valentina and the whole staff were simply awesome!!!This place is magical and the staff make the whole difference !
Cons -
- I have only one suggestion: the music was too loud during the new years' party, there are many kids staying at the hotel and it would be better to stop the music right after midnight.
- It was a bit challenging to get to the hotel from the train station without a car and with luggage since the Savoia is high up in the mountain. Wish we knew to pre-book a taxi 4 days in advance. Perhaps the hotel can provide more clearer instructions on how to get to the hotel several days earlier.
- I loved all about it:)

I loved all about it:)
a very goof family room actually consisting of two rooms. General Manager - Mr. Giordano Borri made us feel at home.
the skis were not available at the beginning of December, but it was not the hotel's responsibility
Absolutely amazing. Great staff, location, Christmas atmosphere, home feeling. Very good breakfast, lot of variety. Nothing spoiled our stay at Savoia except for ski lift not functional but it was due to the period being the very beginning of winter season.
We loved the drive to the Savoia, and its location right on the Jefferau slopes was perfect for us. Having use of the pool, sauna, and steam was lovely. The breakfast was exceptional every morning, and we treated ourselves to the five-star gourmet dinner which was beyond amazing!
The resort has some special events during the day, for example the apericena with Italian focaccia and Italian bruschette at 18.30, for free. Has another a great breakfast and a wellness spa center included in the cost. The room is very comfortable and the see sight from the window is unbelievable. In you want to ski, there is sky school and also Fregiusa slope.
The location is a little unfriendly to reach, especially during the winter due to the weather temperature.
Hotel is very nice. great pool and cinema for kids.kids were very happy with baby club
-most personnel was new and had no idea what is going on, plus they didn;t know english - we were informed 20h before arrival that in order to get to the hotel we can take the cable car (that was closed for a few weeks actually) or taxi that has to be booked 4 days in advance. they didn;t sent any car to take us from station even if they have one. - We were not informed cable car in not working and actually we cannot ski there...we have to go in Bardonecchia in order to ski and we had to pay 100euro/day to get to bardonecchia and back to hotel.- last day in resort it got very crowded (due to xmass holidays probably ) and personnel in restaurant could not manage. you could not find a clean table. it took them 1h to clean 4 tables.
Location is perfect, Facilities are good, Staffs are very kind.
Dinner is not so qualitative, each person of staff is very kind but I had got the impression that they are not organized well so they dont reply to me properly despite of my several request.
Great facilities
Difficult to get to, a bit disappointing food
The staff all went above and beyond to make our Christmas the magical experience we hoped for.
Would be great if there was a small menu of bar food available all the time. They have 2 great pizza ovens which could easily make lovely thin crust Italian pizza. This would allow us extra flexibility of when we eat.
the view, the pool, the garage for my motorbike
the food in the restaurant was ok, could be better
Spa was great breakfast and dinner were very nice and location was excellent
Small pool busy with kids and hot tub was not great. Dinner was expensive
A beautiful place to stay, with spectacular views, comfortable rooms, delicious food, nice swimming-spa facilities. We regret we couldn’t stay longer
No clear information at the dinner that wine is not included in the price although offered to self service. A small card at the wine table would make it clear
Sevoia Resort offers an idyllic summer escape, combining luxurious amenities with a wide range of activities and exceptional service. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, indulge in gourmet dining, or explore the local culture, this resort has something for everyone. We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, already planning our return. It was, without a doubt, a perfect stay.
Non.
Location is amazing and a great start for hiking. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast.
Unfortunately during our stay only the buffet restaurant was open. Food was good but we prefer to have the choice’s of a menu.
Staff was extremeky friendly, everything was clean and comfortable. Great Value. Drfinitely coming again!
It was lovely in a fantastic location with amazing views. The swimming pool and sauna were lovely and quiet so had plenty of time to do a swim and relax. Comfortable bed and what a lovely treat to have fresh fruit and tasty little treats on arrival in our room. The staff were so friendly and polite the special shoutout to the young lady in the bar area was attentive, friendly and always welcomed everyone. One of the best bar people we have had the pleasure to meet. The food was delicious and they offer such a wide variety you are spoilt for choice! The gentleman who runs the hotel with his wife are lovely friendly and welcoming always asking if everything is ok couldn’t ask for better people to run a hotel/resort. The rooms are made up daily and bathrobes slipper are supplied in the room along with shampoo, body wash and body cream which was a lovely touch.
Shame the road isn’t in better condition leading to the hotel but doesn’t affect the hotel at all.
The location, the staff and value for money was first class
The Hotel's staff are exceptionally nice. They accommodated every single request. The dinners at the hotel were top level, out of this world!!! kudos to the chef. The indoor pool was great and we also rented the outdoor hot tub which was a great experience.
