Four Seasons Hotel Megeve

The staff especially Eggy and Antoine the drivers of the shuttle and bill boys.

The water of the shower was not very hot, and the pool spa water was not hot.

The Four Seasons Hotel Megève is a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere. The views from the hotel are amazing, with stunning alpine scenery all around. The spa was excellent, offering a calm and relaxing experience. The overall design and ambiance of the hotel made it a perfect place to unwind.

We faced a serious issue with the service. My wife is breastfeeding our baby and had pumped milk that needed to be stored in a freezer. We clearly explained this to the staff multiple times and reminded them often, but on the day we checked out, we found the milk had been kept in the fridge instead of the freezer. This ruined the milk, as it can only last a few hours in the fridge.This was extremely upsetting because pumping milk takes a lot of effort and is not easy. When I brought this up to the reception, instead of resolving the issue, the supervisor shockingly threatened to call security to remove me from the property when I expressed my frustration. Later, the manager came to apologize, but in a situation like this, an apology is not enough.

The breakfast and food in general wasn’t that great. Was basic and overly priceyNo Jacuzzi or Sauna (would have been great to have after a long day of skiing)

Perfect location for ski-in and ski-out. Nice views. High class property.Personal Service is exceptional. Staff is very helpfull and professional. Food is delicious, various and can be customized. Facilities are nice and modern.

Nothing to complain about. The only recommendation is to clean rooms better sometimes.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a very nice and quiet area but not far from Megève. We very much appreciated the staff’s kindness. The Japanese restaurant is a must ….

First and foremost, the staff. Every single staff is friendly and call me by name, and knew almost everything about me.

Beautiful, quiet location, well designed & comfortable room, great food and incredible staff. One of the best places all round we have ever stayed.

The Michelin starred restaurant was closed, which was a shame.

There is an idea that when the high management is of a high level, the workers they have are of a high level, but I was surprised by the service that was indifferent and not on the efficiency of the hotel and the reputation that I was accustomed to... at this hotel I preferred to speak to higher management rather than workers.

I was there for one day to celebrate my birthday .. I arrived and booked the restaurant at the hotel .. Surprises after several recommendations and repetition that my children would like to celebrate me .. Surprises that I received the bill before the cake and the service at all times was substandard, slow and indifferent, which only made me upset and went to sleep disappointed .. they did make it up next day w small cake and candle at breakfast but I want in diff mood & not as excited ..
