Excellent location - the hotel staff is cooperative - provides you with a ski pass and gives you a discount for some ski equipment rental stores

Breakfast options are very limited

Location of the hotel is very good. The staff was very helpful thank you ? Breakfast was great. Personally I liked in general.

Just the isolation of room was not great we could hear next room. May be this was only in our room I don’t know. A bit rooms aged also but clean. Ski room also a bit old fashioned.

The hotel was close to town and lifts

The front desk staff were rude and not accommodating. The bathroom door was broken, I had to ask for sheets to be changed after four nights, I asked to book a massage twice and the never called me back even though they said they would.

Location, 100 meters from the center. Very close to elevators.

Great location for the village and the ski lift and also right next to a supermarket. Can't comment on parking as we didn't drive here.Breakfast was great, good selection and attentive staff.Sauna was great too.

They didn't refill our tissues or shampoo when cleaning the room but we did ask and they gave us more supplies right away.

Comfortable hotel, pleasant staff, located close to a ski lift and village centre. Reasonably priced in a very expensive resort. Has a fab restaurant which again, is reasonably priced compared to many in the very expensive Megeve

We were on the first floor in an area that doesn't have a lift and the ski room is basically a shed.

The first day I arrived the people in the room next door made a lot of noise as they were having an all night party but thankfully they left the following day.

great location very close to the village centre and ski rental and ski lift. very friendly staff. convenient to have in house restaurant which serves good local food and wine. we enjoyed the fondue and the tartiflette very much!
