Cons -
- What I didn’t like about the hotel was our room (407). It was a corner room, so the space was very limited, especially around the dining table, which we couldn’t use due to the lack of space. The view was not good at all.The bedroom was small and difficult to move around in because of the low ceiling. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, especially for families with children. Also, during our first two days, the elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs with a stroller, which was a nightmare.
- My room had broken tiles and wall needed painting sound like an out of order room but they decided to give it to me with the worst possible view
- Elevators were not working, it was a ski location obviously with lot of things to carry on any single day

Location
Elevators were not working, it was a ski location obviously with lot of things to carry on any single day
Location was great. There is a shuttle in place to drop you at the city or to the ski place. Breakfast and breakfast place is very nice. Miloud the concierge was very helpful and always with the smile
Our hotel room was 5th floor with no lift. Very difficult when you have 9months old kid and a stroller. The Christmas dinner was a shame and total ripoff / scam. Very slow service and very very average food charged 180 euros per adult without any beverage. Was expecting a fine dining food for this price but no! No ambiance very cold! The kids end up sleeping on the chairs.
Staff bearly speaks English, very rude and careless. Shuttle service is disaster and good luck going anywhere from hotel
Staff bearly speaks English, very rude and careless. Shuttle service is disaster and good luck going anywhere from hotel as everything is far away.
Big spacious room, two floors, two bathrooms, great when traveling as a family of 4. Very nice breakfast restaurant with great view and great food. Very nice dinner restaurant. Good location if you want to stay away from a centre of village , from noise and crowds of people. Shuttle service was working good.
Two elevators to get from the room to reception/ breakfast place. Staff could understand a bit more english, and be more helpful, it was minor things, but still we felt misunderstood on several occasions.

The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was nice, as was the spa, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our room was kind of far down long, dark hallways which I didnt love. Also the location was a bit tough without a shuttle down to Megeve village (we were there in summer time). It was a bit of a pain to get the car out each time we wanted to go out, so a shuttle into town would have been much appreciated.
Great staff, very pretty hotel, excellent food at the Jean Restaurant, nice breakfast, nice pool and spa area. Excellent cleaning crew. Very charming city of Megeve.
The shuttle service provided to the town and ski lift was very good but it was a little bit of a hassle. Would prefer ski in/out
Nice hotel, beautiful view from the breakfast room. Rooms are spacious.
Staff were too rigid, in the breakfast room, if you forgot to take your plate from your table to grab food, they don't give you one, also there is only one salt shaker for the whole restaurant that goes from table to table. I came back with a broken leg, staff didn't even bother to ask?

Room Backside View
the rooms are nicely decorated and bed was comfy, housekeeping is great, the staff always helpful, the breakfast is excellent - great view of the mountains from the restaurant. the kids' club was really great and the lady there is amazing, the shuttle service is excellent, and the drivers are always there for you, either you are going up to ski, or down to the center.
nothing worth mentioning. it was a good experience.
There are very beautiful, stylish and comfortable reception zone and bar. Some rooms have kitchen. The bathrooms are very comfortable with very good cosmetics.
There were two floors in my room and the stairs were very steep. I stayed with 2,5 years kid and it was very inconvenient for us. Our room and most rooms at third floor actually at the ground floor so you don’t have any view and the rooms are quite dark. At breakfast, there is champagne and glasses, which is great, but if you dare to pour yourself a glass, you might get a remark that you poured too much. After this incident, I recommended that they at least add a sign indicating how much champagne should be poured. To their credit, there is now a sign asking guests to contact the staff if they want to have some champagne. There is no walking area, and the only way to reach the city center on foot is along roads without sidewalks, which makes it unsafe. For convenience, there is a shuttle, but sometimes you have to wait more than 20 minutes.
Amazing location, couldn’t be any better. Right in between the slopes and the center so each trip is around 3 mins max
They need to have a kids menu available all day long because the kitchen doesn’t start serving dinner until 7 pm which is inconvenient for people with children.
The staff were very good. The hotel very nicely presented and the facilities very good. Room well appointed and a good view from the balcony.
The transfer to the slopes and town needs a better organised queuing system.
Stuff was amazing! They helped us in every possible way with anything pre and during the stay: booked us chauffeur to and from Geneva, ski instructor, lunch reservations and anything else needed.
The only thing missing was few stuff as mini bar like snacks or water in the fridge. But room service was available.
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, they were kind and polite. Also at the restaurant, staff was caring, Florian recommend nice dishes and he was always friendly and polite with us. Iris from the kids club was very nice and caring with the children!! The Hotel location and the hotel is very beautiful.
I think it is not a hotel for children, the room set up with bedroom on top and stairs to go downstairs is not helpful when you have kids.. our bedroom view was amazing! The path to walk to the rooms and inside the hotel was not the best, only one lift, dark corridors, people getting of the lift and people trying to get in. A mess!
I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel L’Aboisie The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.
The only downside was that the hotel has just one restaurant with a somewhat limited menu, and the bar does not offer a menu for light food or snacks. It would be great to have more dining options available. However, the warm hospitality and excellent service more than made up for it.
Hotel architecture and facilities were very good. Staff were always helpful. Having a shuttle to city center and ski lift was a big advantage.Staff helped us a lot to make our dinner reservations and they came up with good recommendations.
As we were travelling with a small kid, we wanted to have a room with kitchenette. However, the hob in the kitchenette never worked for 1 week.in one of the rooms, heater was not working. Even though it was checked 2 times, it never worked.
especially reception staff were very helpful. shuttles to town were very quick, we didnt wait at all.
there is a kitchen in the room that takes up a lot of space. we didn’t like the kitchen detail in a small room. I wish you had put a chest of drawers instead of kitchen cupboards.
