We booked superior room and the room was very small barely fit our 3 bags and the bed was not comfortable specially the pillows and we couldn’t sleep at night from the noise outside the windows are not sound proof

Exceptional location and nice facility

The variety of choices was a bit limited.They need to make sure they refill the items consumed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right in the center. Our room had a lovely spacious balcony, the hotel was quiet, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Noisy the room was view on the city center and some noisy came from street late night and there is no air condition so needs to open window was only the room is available

The design of the hotel felt nice, but things were falling apart, and the lift wasn't working during the day. Makes the hotel overall feel cheap in terms of quality. Also the restaurant in the hotel decided to close early one night because they didn't have reservations, not great for a hotel restaurant to randomly change their working hours.

This hotel was fantastic. We loved everything about it. Especially the decor, great toiletries and location. The staff were lovely. We didn’t get to taste the food but we did use the sauna and that was lovely too. We do feel that allowing people to book the sauna for an hour is too long. The bookings should be 30 min max to allow more guests to relax in the sauna after a day on the slopes. The location is fabulous. Very close to the main lift and all the restaurants and shops. If I come back I will stay here again.

Bedrooms quite small, no bedside table, so nowhere to put your stuff, limited storage.

A very personal high end ski hotel in the absolute heart of Megeve. The hotel is small, cosy, modern and beautifully designed. Staff very attentive. Rooms are not super large but very adequate.

The hotels restaurant Beefbar is modern and the food extremely good and different from all the fine bistro eating you can do out in town. On two occasions we could not get a table booking one or two days ahead. As a guest at these room rates I was disappointed.

We stayed in a very small room, even the ceilings were very low, I was hitting my head; which made it more uncomfortable. If you book avoid the top floor!

They booked for us everything before we arrived, restaurants that we wanted, ski lessons,.. etc.Kind staff

A lot.First of all,I requested a quiet room we were given a room bu the elevator and facing the cathedral who rings the bells every 15 mins (not joking) when i asked the hotel staff to change the room, not only they refused to help, they didnt even call back to say they didnt have rooms available.They aaid they would call us back and I called after 30 mins without touching anything in the room after 5 hours of trip, they say we dont have any rooms available, only after I called.Staff is kind yes as other people say, but kindness goes a long way in hospitality you need to have other qualifications, like attention to details, and really showing good will to guests.I find. It lacks in a lot of areas.The rooms are extremely small and for someone claustrophobic like me imagine your head slightly touching the ceiling, really not a pleasant feeling.Overall,Although i thought the hotel was nice enough, i was not comfortable,we got waken up by the cathedral at 7 am sharp every dah, so if you want to sleep in, do not choose this hotel

Superb location right in the centre of Megève, 2 minutes gone Beni walk to ski lift and all other amenities. Staff at hotel were excellent

Lovely location but the room itself was microscopic. I’d never recommend for the price. I prefer Hotel Mont Blanc.

Even if I booked the superior rooms, they were very small. Most of the staff was unhelpful and rude. Its clear they are not happy to work there and they are not happy to have guests.
