Mamie Megève

Very friendly staff, a lovely atmosphereand a beautiful view from the breakfast room. The room was exactly as described and shown in the photos.

As we stayed during peak season, shuttle wait times were sometimes longer than expected and the website for tracking shuttle locations did not always work properly.

More variety in breakfast. The shuttle service was good to have but they could do better in terms of an App and timing

The breakfast room was nice. It worked well for us as we had some friends staying in the hotel next door. They have a decent restaurant and nice bar - 5 mins walk. All the staff at the hotels are friendly and nice and there is a nice relationship between them.

The rooms a very narrow and lack storage space. There is a kitchen with dining table which takes up a lot of space and for us wasn’t needed. The rooms need better lighting as are quite dark - so it’s hard to find your belongings at times.

Location, staff was great. Especially Ms. İdil at reception was exceptional, was knowledgeable of the area, always helpful and with a big smile. Shuttle service was very helpful. Will definitely go back next year. Thank you.

Rooms we stayed were very small with only tiny closet. No proper bed but it was an pull out bed (alas it was a comfortable) and extremely poor lighting of the room

Organized transfer to the ski slopes, 1km walk to the city center, great view, perfect breakfasts and welcomed dogs!

Dark rooms, room interiors are not laid out smartly, very unnecessary have large bar chairs in a small room as well as a kitchenette. Rooms were not well lit, lighting was an issue. Outside of the room there is no proper area to relax and chill, specially when there are families with many young kids taking over the reception and breakfast area, impossible to sit in quiet. Very early room service knocking on the door at 8am

Dark small rooms, not well furnished, very tight space. Impossible to have a chill out area outside of your room. Reception and breakfast area filled with loud families, dont recommend solo travelers if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Such a lovely hotel, the staff there are so welcoming and helpful, even before arriving they assisted in organising everything we needed whilst we were visiting for a ski trip. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they have a really helpful shuttle service that takes you to the town or slopes. Overall really great set up and would highly recommend staying here!

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, comfortable room and a shuttle bus to the ski lifts and city center is very well organised.

There is no big mirror in the room.

The signage in the hotel was poor. It was complicated to find the ski room and parking. Signage should be simpler.

You could see the team was trying they're best but they were definitely understaffed....

I was extremely disappointed about the hotel.in general. The room it was very cold.... the heating sistem takes forever to change the temperature in the room.... it was ok but I will say 3 stars maximum. Breakfast a joke.... sorry to say this but 17 eur when you have basically cold Breakfast the coffee machine not working!? I got a coffee from the team behind the bar and it was cold... everything they serve is cold and poor quality except the baguette...

The best thing about Mamie Megeve was Lilian the lovely young shuttle driver, very polite, helpful and punctual. The second best thing was the flip flops.

Nice concept but quirky decor and inexperienced staff operating like rabbits in the headlights. The decor is quirky and bearable in the public areas but the colour scheme (black + a colour) is quite dark and oppressive in the corridors and bedrooms. Upscale bedsit.

I thought the staff were lovely, we arrived early from a morning flight very tired & our room was ready & we were allowed to check in. Loved the location, peaceful, nice walk to the village but also the shuttle bus was available to bring us to & from the village or ski area. The room was spotless & cleaned every day. Great holiday, will come back.

The whole property was very clean and well maintained. View from the room was excellent and very comfortable.

disappointment

Terrible disappointment.Completely disorganized in the snow, with no effort to help guests get out of the hotel located at the top of the mountain.It felt like it was their first time seeing snow in Megève!Breakfast was unacceptable and insufficient, with a single employee frantically trying to replenish the sparse buffet while also serving.The hotel was cold, and the rooms were dark.If you didn’t wake up at the exact time the housekeeping staff passed by, your room simply wouldn’t get cleaned.For two days, they didn’t clean our room, and for five days, they didn’t change towels or sheets.There wasn’t even a lounge area where you could sit and relax.The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.It ruined our trip.

Rooms are very small and both my husband and I hurt ourselves badly walking into the corner of the bed
