The staff, the cleanliness of the place, and the location are approximately a 15-minute walk to the center.

The bathroom is separated from the shower area, and there is no bidet provided for us as Muslims, which is part of personal hygiene. The food menu lacks variety to suit our needs.

Beautiful, very much Megeve spirit: chic & chill. Kind and helpful staff. Easy walk to the city center.

We stayed in the family suite. There were 2 bathrooms but one toilets/WC only. I know this is French standard, not very convenient/comfortable

Very nice cosy room with a small kitchenette area & a balcony with great views.. On-site restaurant & ski rental shop. The hotel is outside of the centre of Megeve but well within walking distance but the hotel also has a shuttle service.

The pictures of the hotel shows a nice heated pool, we went to use it and it was lukewarm at best, certainly not warm enough to have an enjoyable swim in and then to top it off the little sauna was also out of use, so that being said a bit disappointing as I chose this hotel over other cheaper options without a pool etc.

The setting was beautiful, the staff were genuinely happy to help, and nothing was too much trouble.We loved the touch of the drinks and crepes outside after a day skiing. Kitchens in the rooms were well equipped.

Some items like coffee were a little expensive. And the mugs provided were not very big and uncomfortable to hold.

Excellent hotel, far exceeded expectations. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. There was a nice sized lounge area with dining table and small kitchenette (2 ring hob, fridge, small size dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and sink). Well equipped for self catering but also a lovely restaurant at the hotel. Excellent welcome and every single member of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only a short 5 minute walk to a nearby carrefour supermarket and 10/15 minute walk into the main town, the accommodation is perfectly located in a quiet location. Hotel provided a free shuttle to the ski lifts, never had to wait. Fabulous hotel bar.

it takes 15 minutes of walk to reach the Megeve down center. but the good thing was that there was a shuttle bus every hour or by call, and it was fast.

The room was spacious with a lovely view and an equipped kitchen… the after ski crêpes were so delicious. So gentle stuff everywhere at the reception, the restaurant and the ski shop. The free shuttle bus is always available.

Shuttle needed to get into town and to ski lift. Room was very small. Nowhere within walking distance to eat or drinks. We felt isolated Carrefour was near but al we had was a hob.

The team who look after skis, boots and shuttle transfers were very nice, helpful and kind to my little boy, in particular Arthur.

Location is a long way from the centre of town meaning a lot of reliance on the shuttle, and associated waiting. The breakfast was a bit limited, the same things every day. A two bedroom suite is very small, we were only two people, me and my 11 year old son, it would have been mad to suggest 5 people could comfortably stay in this room, and it has two bathrooms, but only one toilet which was odd. Reception team not particularly friendly or helpful, asked for help with one restaurant reservation which they failed to secure… fine but not really hospitable or welcoming. It was fine, but for the money, almost Eur1k per night, I expected to feel more valued as a customer, I would not return.

Although the hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the center, there is a shuttle service every 15 minutes, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable, and the balcony is spacious, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after returning from skiing. The on-site restaurant is a bit pricey compared to those in the center, but the food is delicious, and the staff are very polite and helpful.

I like the fact that was located in the centre and had parking for the car

I did not like the fact that the water in the pool was very cold and it was supposed to be used also in the winter..they have just only one pool which is outside!The staff at the breakfst area, they do not speak english at all..There are two ladies very french type and pretty annoyed by the tourists who speak in english or try to speak with them in french!Rude and not polite!Also the breakfast is a joke..you do not have a lot to choose from..it is very poor and i do not recommend it!They also have a limit on heating in the room…probably because they want to save money!

Beautiful, friendly, lovely lodges with warm pool and sauna at the end of a ski day was such a treat! The lodges were spotless, beautifully decorated, cleaned each day.

Had to take a bus to slopes or town BUT the buses were frequent and never had to wait so absolutely worth it for such nice accommodation. The bus (like a little van) went straight to the boot room!

Staff were v friendly and accommodating, especially the guys do the drop offs and collections to and from skiing.

Some of the plumbing needs to be addressed due to the odour from the bedroom bathroom, but overall it’s a quality hotel with good proximity to all amenities.

Lovely comfortable rooms very close to the ski lift and the shuttle service provided by the hotel was an added bonus

Lovely facilities around the property. Cozy bar with great cocktails and live music on one of the nights we stayed. Outdoor fire pits and happy hour waiting for you post skiing. Staff were very accommodating throughout and the shuttle bus to/from town and the slopes was handy. Decent breakfast and dinner options. Would definitely come back!
