Lodge Park

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. It would be useful to have a note on the table saying you can request eggs from the kitchen as we didn’t realise the first day. Concierge was very helpful and booked all our restaurants for the trip. Bar staff were all polite and swift to respond. All staff were great.

Great decor, beautiful rooms and an excellent spar facility. The staff were exceptional ready to help with anything. Highly recommend.

all other hotel staff was amazingly nice and kind but I cannot accept hotel manager's attitude!!

the room was terrible! open bathroom, small partitions, narrow paths that we always hit our head to the beams! definitely not suitable for family stay! and more importantly than anything, although we tried to explain to the manager that it was not the type of room we had booked, he insisted that it was and asked for around 40% extra for changing us to similar type of room!!! all other hotel staff was amazingly nice and kind but I cannot accept hotel manager's attitude!!

Great breakfast and location ideal for ski lift. Fabulous bar and restaurant with great atmosphere. Very expensive drinks and food.

Some rooms do not have separate showers, just a hand held shower over bath witch is not ideal. The hotel parking is not free and the extra charge for our dog.

All the team members of the hotel who served us during our stay were great. We liked the lobby area and spent a lot of time over there; the variety of drinks, snacks menu and service were very good.

The size of the toilet was like a joke. We get used to poor conditions (mostly old and small) of the bathroom areas of the luxury hotels of French Alps but this was really small. To give an idea; it was much smaller than a plane toilet.

The decor was beautiful, and the location was perfect for visiting Megeve Center or waking to the Chamois telecabin. Breakfast was good, but could have had more choice, given the price of the hotel

Avoid room 114! It is NOT worth the value!!!!The room itself was extremely small, and one of the windows was closed off (therefore, no view). The other window had a view of buildings and balconies. In addition, the room was next to a ventilator on the outside, which made very loud noises late into the evening. We stayed for two nights and each time I had to call reception and ask them to do something about the noise, as we couldn't sleep. The first night, reception was reactive, but the second night, we had to make four phone calls before someone reacted.Also, the toilet is not for anyone with claustrophobia. It was a WC (water closet), with no space to move around except to sit on the toilet.

Our room was too dark. We could barely see in the cupboards…The room wasn’t made for tall people. We hit our head several times…

This hotel ticks every box for us. The level of service, the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food, the gorgeous decor and the cool vibe of the bar. Great location!

the rooms can use a bit of an uplift. also put coffee machine in the room. the gym is really old, add some more machine for muscle building. the spa is nice, but the therapist are not great.

Great hotel in a great location, we enjoyed our brief stay and would chose this place again if we're ever in the area. For car travellers - it has underground car park and some outside spaces for cars, no issues for a "regular" car but I'd take care with anything sports/exotic.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very varied. Eggs can be cooked in advance. Spa and indoor pool was excellent.

Walls are thin in the rooms. You can hear the neighbouring guests. Outdoor pool was small compared to the photo in the website.

The wc in the room is tiny. You close the door and my legs hit its super tight

Money is for nothing, being humane is free

my wife had a serious accident, broke her wrist on our second day of arrival… even though we had a medical report suggesting a surgical treatment, the hotel declined to make a refund for the remaining days of stay. In health issues, the hotel could be more humane and flexible. Health is much more important than money.

The staff at this hotel are the nicest in the world!
