Hotel Mont Blanc Megève

Nothing they gave us a very bad roomLocated in the ground floor near the service Ana delivery area !

The people very rude arrogant ans disrespectful? The director said he can’t give us any other room, that we paid only 2500eur for 3 nights and they won’t upgrade us!

Its location in the center, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Interior is dark, there is not much lights in the room. The parking was expensive.

The breakfast was lovely and the bar area is a real asset with delightful staff.

We were not told that we would be charged for parking and this was a surprise at check out. We did not find the management particularly gracious when we suggested this should be made clearer to guests. We did not ask for a refund, or our money back but simply suggested clarity. The Booking App on phone does not have this additional charge anywhere and nor was is it on the confirmation sent to me by text from booking. The hotel made a point that it was on the PC version of Booking but I don’t use Booking on a PC - nor I imagine do many others. However, I understand the real Manager is on sabbatical so this might have explained why we therefore left feeling disappointed in the response.

We like everything from arrival until checkout.Staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful.Breakfast is very good.Location is right in the centre close to everything including cable car.We had a dinner at the hotel as well and food was very good.

They do not provide hair conditioner. Ok may be do not put in in every room but have a stock if customer would request.

Location, Cozy environment and proximity to ski lifts. People very nice

Breakfast does not have too many choices, except for bread which was very good and with many variety. Fruits, cheese, veggi, charcuterie was bit limited. Would expect more in a hotel of this category.Ski room is not very good neither and bath tube are not comfortable.Access code for the car did not work neither. I think they should facilitate a temporary card for the guests

The location is above all. Close to the lift, close to the town centre and all the attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly. The coctails at the bar a delicious. Clean rooms, proper housekeeping. Congratulations to the management!

There are no hooks in the room and the room size is an issue but still as advertised on booking.com. More food options for breakfast would be lovely.

Great location in the pedestrian area of Mègeve and just 1 minute away from a ski lift. The hotel is very stylish and has unique atmosphere.

I don't know where to start: the location, the staff, the breakfast, the beds, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere... everything top notch. We really enjoyed our Xmas getaway to this magical place in Megeve. The staff went above and beyond to help us by recommending us what to do & see during our stay. Laureen, Benjamin, Oscar and the rest of the team were so great. You rarely find so thoughtful and considerate staff. The rooms were nice, I would prefer better light in the bath to do my make up properly but that's fine, I managed. Beds super comfortable, the heat was great, the soundproof of the rooms too, can't find a fault. Hopefully when we go back to Megeve we will make sure to book there again. thank you guys, we had a great time.

Breakfast great! Location was exceptional! The staff were particularly helpful, friendly and still very professional. Especially Sistine and the young gentleman that helped me check in.

Luxury hotel run by a family group who also owns a few properties in Megeve, the free breakfast is very good quality.

It is a beautiful, newly renovated, fresh and clean Hotel. Tastefully decorated in style with the rest of the village. Great dining room and breakfast room excellent breakfast. We highly recommend it also for the location in the center of the village. We could not ask for more.

A lovely hotel in the center of Megeve. The old style furniture in the rooms create a charming atmosphere. Very good spa and excellent breakfast with a variable choice. We stayed with the baby, and the personnel of the hotel provided all necessary equipment for us - very appreciated.

Breakfast was perfect, a large range of options, peaceful and very friendly serving staff. Very good quality food.All staff at the hotel couldn’t do more for my family. So friendly and accommodating - so sad to leave.Such a central location!

The staff at the hotel are extraordinary - they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful family vacation. The staff (including the hotel manager) were always available to provide us with dining recommendations and other advice. The spa in the hotel is terrific and the restaurant and bar were also a delight after a day of skiing.

it was very cold in the room, they brought an electric radiator. the jets did not work at the pool and there was no heating at breakfast

Central location & cosy atmosphere

Car access complicated, room walls poor noise insulated, toilet tiny, Spa pool / sauna facilities limited.

Wonderful decor outside at the entry sbd insude reception a warm welcome to a lovely winter wonderland

The waiters and staff were very helful with parking the car carrying bags etc beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi

Great location, beautiful views, the service from the manager on arrival was very good, best I've had. We will be back for sure.
