Novotel Megève Mont Blanc

The staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. The location was very close to city center and had great options close by. The facility was very clean and well maintained.

Excellent location in the center of the city. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. I highly recommend it. The room had an amazing view. The only suggestion I would like to make is to consider offering more options in the breakfast buffet.

Extremely comfortable, and beautiful views from the room (we were in luck getting a corner room). It’s very conveniently located at just a few minutes walk from the town center. Parking is also very convenient, but note it costs 15€. Staff was incredibly nice, and huge bonus that they can provide free entrance to the Palais (which has a pool, saunas, and hammam). Extremely pleased with our stay. The restaurant is also excellent (they do room service), though vegetarian options were a little limited. And during the day the lobby and bar area are excellent for getting some work done.

The duplex room I chose was beautiful and everything was great.

Frankly speaking, breakfast was bad. There weren't many food options, and it wasn't possible to request the kitchen to prepare a specific dish.

The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located in the center of Megève. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The view from the rooms and the overall atmosphere were wonderful for families.

The deposit amount was too high compared to other hotels, and it took some time to be released after checkout.

The hotel boasts a great location and excellent service, with fantastic views from the balcony overlooking the village and mountains. The staff is very helpful. Parking is available underneath the hotel for a fee of €15 per night. Both indoor and outdoor pools, and a spa center is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the hotel at no additional charge.

Very polite staff, especially Claire and Clemence made every effort possible to help us, from early check-in, to parking facilities, to ski suggestions. Beautiful view from our first floor room. Very good breakfast. Great coffee for only 2€ and very good cocktails at reasonable prices.

The closing of other rooms' doors resulted in a loud thud and vibration in our room. In general, insulation was an issue. Also, although the hotel is in Megeve, it feels overpriced.

Hotel location is far from ski rooms and slopes. Reception staff are not helpful.Breakfast is inadequate.

Location, Location, Location. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The hotel bar is a nice place to chill and have a drink. Skiing shop, ski storage, and ski lift passes available on site.

They have not checked us in until it's 5pm. Which is too late in the day although we notified them when we booked our arrival time.the service is very terrible. The receptionists are impolite and not welcoming at all. And some of them are disrespectful. The service is bad and the staff is not helpful at all.I truly believe the hotel NEED to re-train their employees!!As the reception team is the most important part of a hotel’s staff. They are the first point of contact for guests and truly represent the face of the hotel.
