Room was smaller that it was stated in Booking ( then after my complaint it was replaced ), tiny shower cabin, no aircon, no refrigerator, even no kettle, bad internet, poor vision TVBreakfast was rather modest: budget cold cuts, cheese, ready-made snacks, not fresh fruits( everything from the refrigerator)

Breakfast was diverse and very good quality. It was served in a nicely decorated salon with a great view to the garden, wineyard and the lake. My room was very quiet and clean. Each room has table and chairs in the deck that is vey nice.

Paying for the parking! Firstly, I booked through booking and 'parking' wsa part of amenities. It was not mentioned that it is payble. While parking lots were avaialbel in the front yard of the hotel, I do not understand why it is payable? I was charged 7€/night and it shoudl have been payed by cash.

The view to the lake from our room was fantastic! Outstanding breakfast! Easy access to the lake.

No aircon, so our room was very hot. Also could have had a shelf in the shower for guest comfort.

This hotel has a fabulous location up the hill overlooking Meersburg and the lake. Its grounds are really lovely with plenty of comfortable seating and lounging areas. We enjoyed chilling in the garden after a day out with a glass of something from the honesty bar before dinner.Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. We were lucky to have a little balcony with views over the town and lake.

Nothing. It was really lovely. Being non German speaking however, we didn’t realise and weren’t offered a cooked breakfast during our stay. We only realised that was available when we saw another couple served theirs. Not a big deal though as the breakfast buffet was delicious.

We did not like how high up we had to walk as we both have bad knees!!I did not like the Piccolo house as the bedroom area was elevated with steps up..this should have been stated when we booked. It was dangerous at night when getting up to toilet.

The accommodations are lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant breakfast with a beautiful view. Our welcome was accommodating and thoughtful. We were able to relax and wished we could have stayed longer.

Cozy atmosphere, great breakfast with good variety. Hotel was within a good walking distance of the old town in Meersburg. Helpful attentive staff.

Hot tub was broken, but we'll be ok haha. Maybe a small refrigerator in the room would be nice.

Too expensive for the type of hotel, far away fron the centre, they want cash payment: dont like it!!! Why not credit cards??And the double room is too small for the price!!!Also the breakfast could be better: they have a very standard continental breakfast…

Nice room and breakfast. Easy to walk to the town. The town is great! Everything is clean.

Your balcony area is kind of shared and the neighbors didn't turn off their patio lights at night. so it was annoying because I needed my window curtains open to get air as it was a very hot day, but then the light shines in. We booked last minute, and no massage was available at any time. I mainly booked this place for the convenience of a massage during our stopover from a long drive... better check with them first for availabilities.

had a really nice view and the walk into town was nice. there was a little view point not far from the property witch was also a nice touch.

maybe the music entering… made me feel like I’m at a spa. I didn’t really mind it but it just wasn’t my taste.

Location was perfect, and the views of the vineyards, lake and town from the room were spectacular! Room was well appointed, and super clean. Breakfast was very good in both the quantity and quality of the offerings. Loved the availability to purchase wine/beer onsite. Would have loved to enjoy the spa, but we didn't have time on this visit. Meersburg is a lovely and charming town. "Adults Only" and no large tour buses arriving daily were very much appreciated features.

In all fairness, the hotel staff and reservation forms guests at every turn that CASH is needed to settle the charges, but in this day and age, this is an inconvenient requirement.

The view was amazing, the breakfast was great. It was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we loved the hot tub, that was available 24h.

Honestly for that price, I would have expected much much more. The rooms were quite small, the bathroom especially and a bit "basic" (e.g. shower in the bathtub, no curtains, so the floor gets wed when showering). We were there on our honeymoon, which they knew and I specifically ask for some romantic decoration, which they refused to do, because apparently it was too short notice... But I think, putting some complimentary sparkling wine wouldn't have been too much of an effort. Furthermore they automatically assigned us to a garage place without mentioning that this will be 14€ per night. And the biggest surprise of all, everything (even the 300€ room price per night) can ONLY be paid in CASH. For that amount of money, this is absolutely outdated! Even though we had a nice stay and the end we felt a bit ripped off.
