This hotel has a wonderful location, on the shore of Lake Constance. It is clean, staffed by friendly professionals.

Location, location, location!! The view from the balcony was stunning. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

The hotel was located close to the major attractions and main street with shopping/restaurants, very central.

Most of the time there was a nice breeze off of the lake to cool the room with the windows open, but the hotel doesn't have air conditioning-at least not that we found-and in the morning there was street noise.

Large comfy room, great views, attentive staff, great location, handy parking.

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be more perfect – everything was within walking distance, yet the area was peaceful and quiet at night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and great tips for local spots. The interior of the hotel is modern, simple, and very clean – exactly what we were looking for. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended – we were very happy and would definitely come back!

Beautiful, scenic, convenient location.Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was lovely, comfortable and quiet.

A little brighter lighting in the room would be nice.

Right on the water, next to sthe medieval wall, this hotel was uniquely situated to enjoy Lake Constance and Meersburg Old Town.

No tea making facility. Back stair down to restaurant a bit shabby. Parking in nearby public car park (understandable given location)

We had a beautiful suite room with 3 huge windows and a lovely view of the town. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great with the restaurant having a view over the water. There is parking a few blocks away.

Excellent location, fantastic breakfast. Friendly kind and attentive staff. Room was lovely and well equipped. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Transport links all very close too.Beautiful views from our lakeside room. Quiet location.

Pillows were thin- but hotel supplied more when asked so not really a big problem. We found most hotels on our trip had poor pillows!

Overall experience very good. Very helpful and polite staff.

WiFi signal very poor generally, and non existent in the room. Somewhere to sit in the evening with friends would have been useful. The car park was tricky to find the first time - could have done with some signs.

Incredible view out over the lake. Nice and central. Breakfast was nice, staff were very pleasant. Lovely room!

There was an unpleasant smell all the way up to the rooms (but not in the rooms). Smelled a bit like a backed-up drain. Maybe air fresheners could be a good idea. I can't get used to there not being kettles with teabags in the hotel rooms in Germany as all I wanted was a hot drink. Typical UK/NZ problem that probably doesn't bother anyone else!

Excellent location directly at the lakefront.Room was clean and the bed comfortable however, as usual in Germany, the pillows are useless -totally flat and soft-Breakfast was rich and of good quality.

Totally flat pillows that only people sleeping on their back can use.Our room had a tiny bathroom, quite different from the pictures shown.

Beautiful hotel on the Lake side. Lovely to arrive after a days cycling. Restaurant area outside overlooking the lake which serve superb food. Highly recommend.
