Ajaccio too crowded, parking impossible, no english TV out of hundreds of chanels.

The room was very nice and clean. The shower was enjoyable and environmentally conscient. The staff was friendly letting us leave our bags early in the morning and letting us move into the room early. The price was very reasonable.

The location was good, parking was available for a fee and the room we had was very spacious. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Even though the room and toilet were clean, the shower area was a bit disgusting, with a lot of old residue and mildew.

TV did not work. No curtains and shutters do not close properly so very bright in the morning. Shower screen does not close properly - water leaks out on floor. Dirty. A/C is limited to 22 degrees.

Good location near the start of a long walking street of Ajaccio. Room was decent (although felt a bit humid and smelly before we started AC), and there was plenty of space for a family of 4.

Parking is small and very, very tight if it's full. Additional options might be useful for large cars. Our room did not have a small fridge but the hotel allowed us to store food in the staff's fridge, which was very nice of them.

Location, clean room, usb outlets by bed.

Parking is 600 meters from hotel.No room for luggage when I requested a chair for luggage, I was told to take it up myself. They charged me twice for city tax.

It was clean, a good location the clerk at the ‘Night Desk’ was very pleasant and very helpful. The room was large.

We arrived after 11 pm (when alternative lodging options were not available) to an overwhelming, absolutely disgusting sewer smell. The hotel couldn’t or wouldn’t change the room. We opened windows which brought in tremendous noise all night long but did help to improve the smell. The Lara, the rude manager in the morning, refused to refund any of the money paid saying it was impossible because I booked through Booking.com. Booking.com also refused to refund money paid. Both the hotel and Booking said to contact each other. Neither would take any responsibility.

Really nice location in Ajaccio and very close to the train station: about 5 min walk.Quiet and clean. Very good breakfast: the best for us in a 2 weeks and a half trip. We were upgraded to a bigger room which we appreciated. They order a taxi for us for 5:15 am and easy process! Nice staff.

Good location. Carpeted Diem coffee shop on corner is super nice and friendly, great coffee.

Worst experience ever! My room was the only room in the hotel that didn’t have a working air condition. They brought in a fan, but the temperature remained 75 to 77° inside the room. When I inform them of this problem, they said that the building did not turn from heat to air condition. The next day when it turned from heat to air condition, they said that my floor had a problem. Then it turns out that everyone on my floor had air conditioning except for me. Also, the shower stripping at the bottom of the door where the shower door meets the wall was missing. The first night when I took a shower all of the water went into the room without my knowing. It actually made some of my clothing, wet and some of my shopping bags. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone immediately. They didn’t. I was stuck ringing a few small towels out into the sink and cleaning the mess that took two hours. The front desk staff is extremely rude. At one point, they were insulting to me, saying derogatory things. That’s after they were so apologetic about the shower situation and the air conditioning situation the day before. They were offering me free breakfast and they did refund my parking (which I previously confirmed was free) but did nothing as far as the functionality in the room. and to make matters worse booking was very unhelpful despite the few times I called. They sent unprofessional emails to me and initially said that they would refund me my entire stay. They said that they wanted to give the hotel 24 to 48 hours to respond. Then booking did not refund my stay of four nights but rather offered me €24 refund as a courtesy. I am genius level three status. There is so much more to the story and if anyone wants information, you can directly email me at [email protected]. Quite honestly, I have never experienced something like this with a hotel or with booking. Both were awful.

Plenty of space in the familly room, close to a nice shopping street, in the middle of the city centre without being noisy. Breakfast was excellent!

Onlly the lack of a parking space close by is an inconvenience.

It was wonderful! We were upgraded to a family suite that everything we needed for our one night. We would have liked to stay two nights because it was so lovely :)
