Great location, quiet, clean, well-maintained. Courteous staff.

Clean room. The location is good.

“A large private terrace.” That phrase in the room description on the booking site was the deciding factor for me. I chose this hotel specifically for that terrace instead of another option. Needless to say, I was disappointed when I saw it in person. (Photo attached.)Don’t get too excited about the terrace like I did ?

Clean, comfortable room. Great location across from the park. Wonderful, friendly staff. Restaurant next door was great.

The design of the shower makes it hard to shower without getting water getting all over the bathroom floor.

Clean and a very comfortable bed, however I did book a room with a balcony , to say it was a balcony is an insult it was minuscule and the bus was from the side of the hotel not the front ( which I expected) overlooking the park

It is in a nice area within Albacete, across from a park and near the part of town with the nice restaurants.

The room was very hot. While advertised as having air conditioning, the system evidently isn’t turned on until the summer, and it was very hot in all the rooms. We could sleep and opening the windows wasn’t an option as the noise levels from people partying went on until 3am.

On the basis we got upgraded to a junior suite from the original room we booked (the door to the original room wouldn't lock), really have nothing but positive feedback on the hotel. The original room was actually really lovely, great features and fixtures, we would have been very happy staying there if the door had locked, but the Suite was superb. Massive bed (very comfortable), superb bathroom, nice decor. Couple of terraces looking out over the park. Staff throughout the hotel were superb, both in terms of sorting out the issues with the original room & passing on recommendations for restaurants etc. It's a fascinating town, with lots to recommend it. Also, it has a decent (& secure) car park just round the back of the hotel, which was a great bonus. Lovely people, fabulous room, would definitely stay again.

Quite pricey for a basic stay without extras like pool/gym etc but we were there during the Feria so maybe that’s why the prices were higher.

The position of this modern hotel was ideally placed on the edge of the old town, immediately opposite a beautiful park and very close to the contemporary museum within.The staff at the front desk were good, although some were what I can only describe as happier in their jobs than others.Myself and my partner were touring on a motorcycle during our honeymoon and took a junior suit here. Sercotels are a bit business orientated, and I'm not sure if we would have had the same opinion if we'd not had a room of this class. However, we found Albacete fascinating and extended our stay here from two to four nights.Our rooms were spacious, all the mod cons, very clean and the maids were fast and thorough.Our motorcycle was kept secure in their locked carpark.

Rather annoyingly, the shower was not a thermostatic type and could have a mind of its own where temperature was concerned.There is a busy main road right outside and it can be a bit noisy at rush hour. It didn't bother us, we're used to it, but it could spoil it for some.There was a bad odour from the lift shafts, but only there.

Staff were all excellent, easy location for shopping and restaurants. Our suite was overlooking the park which was really lovely. No downsides at all. Would definitely go back.

Nothing to dislike

They advertise the hotel either bar and restaurant. The restaurant was next door and there was no bar. The hotrl smelt of drains but the whole area did.

Great location, with a beautiful park and the local museum right across the street.

The cleaning service started working at 5am and could be heard thru the walls.

The beds were pretty fine and comfortable. The room was clean and with a TV up-to-date, the bathroom was okay too.Pretty good location and was easy to park near the hotel. It's a really good option if you have a job travel to Albacete city or surrondings.

Nothing remarkable.

We had a corner suite on the first floor overlooking the park on the other side of the (busy) road. Sadly the park was closed because of high winds.

We didn’t like the location of the under cover car park some two hundred metres round two corners. Ideally, cars should be unloaded outside the front doors but the three short term stops were all being used. It was necessary for this 82 year old to take a trolley from reception, trundle along to the garage, climb a 1 in 4 slope to load the baggage then negotiate the 1 in 4 downward slope and trundle back to the hotel. Unfortunately there was no one from the hotel willing to help. Likewise, on check out but this time I brought the car to be near the hotel entrance but had to park some distance away as the three spaces were all occupied - and not by guests from the hotel. I had a word with one offender but I suspect my anger was wasted because of my lack of knowledge of the language.
