Hotel Palacio Albacete & SPA

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable.

Upon arrival (16:00) the room temperature was 31 and by midnight it was 27/28. It took at least 24 hours to get to 24/25?. We had to use fans to cool off. This was the same situation in three different rooms. The lighting throughout the hotel is low.

THIS HOTEL IS REALLY TERRIBLY. THERE IS NO COFFEE PORT. NO VENDING MACHINE.

The staff was friendly, has plenty of parking space and the breakfast was good.

The bed was a little uncomfortable since we felt the springs of the bed; the hotel itself seems to need a remodelation since some of the furniture has scratches and seems outdated

All around comfortable place. good beds , excelent shower and bath items.food was good in resturant and bartender made a good drink. All staff was helpful.

We made a last-minute reservation when the Spanish power outage caused the trains to stop running and no other forms of transportation were available to get us to our home destination about 100 miles away. Even with the lack of electricity, the staff were kind and helpful and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and safe.

The property is a bit removed from town, so it was a bit isolated. If you were coming to visit Albacete, you'd need a car or taxis to get anywhere from the property.

Exceeded expectation, especially quality of staff at reception and value for money. Half board rate is a good bet for menu del dia options. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide range of options, including gluten free.

Only very small negative is not lover of eating dinner at a bar table. Maybe just old!

Modern property.

Quite sterile breakfast room with no ambiance, cold colours and brightly lite. Hotel lounge area again functional but without character.

Easy fuss free check in. Good room ,clean and comfortable. Good bar area with menu del dia and also good range of breakfast food, hot and cold available. Easy parking and close to motorway.

I knew it was out of town, but booked for the spa as a birthday treat.

Still uses small soap, individual shampoo instead of dispensar with soap/shampoo/body lotion: much more ecological and used already in nany hotels

It was clean and room space is good.

It's located little far from city and no restaurants or shopping centres around.

Beds were a little hard and not enough pillows and AC difficult to control, no plug in bath.

We loved the spa and the location was ideal for what we required from our one night stop.Food was okay, we just shared a pizza. Pleasant staff. There are places to refill your water bottle (gym & spa) as well as the restaurant. We prefer this option over complimentary plastic bottles.

Nothing to dislike for a one night stop and the price.

The pool was not opend. They advartise it with all facilities. You can not use it. Staff is not interested in you and very slow. They try to rid of you, they are happy when you leave them alone.

Breakfast. Room was ok.

Location and bar/ restaurant. The Angus burger was possibly the finest I've had in years, 15euro for a burger, try one and fine out why!

Possibly the worst and most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on!

Near to the Madrid road. Clean modern hotel, pleasant and efficient reception staff. Bar meals and staff great. Private underground parking.

On the morning we departed the room cleaning lady made a lot of noise outside our room at 08:15. Asked us if we were going when we went down to breakfast and then knocked and tried to enter our room at 09:50. Unacceptable and I complained to reception.

Very poor with limited choice not up to 4 star standard.

This was not a Parador as expected. It was more a poor motel in a terrible location between a motorway and an industrial estate.

Quiet place, room size, cleaness, personnel, free parking.

Poor Breakfast, food wasn't such great for the price.
