Hotel San Antonio

Comfy beds. Excellent shower and bath. Spacious room. Breakfast good. I was offered gluten free biscuits and bread.

The restaurant. Dinner was awful & breakfast not much better. Receptionist on departure insisted we leave “pronto” at 9am, even though Booking.com reservation said 10:30-11am

Nothing, there were only 2 waitresses had a smile, the rest of the staff seemed unfro

Went down for dinner on Sunday evening to be told by the waiter the kitchen wasn’t open, it was raining very heavily & we had no idea where to go for food, eventually the man on reception must have told to feed us but there was no choice of menu. A terrible hotel

in general: very good, super location in the city

brakefast: no eggs, only joghurt neutral - we are disappointet with the brakefast. But otherwise: happy. the next time we will book without brakefast and take that outside (for the same price !) - the garage is very narrow - for a long car (S-Class Mercedes or similar) too narrow

Breakfast very basic, no eggs, no omelette.

The hotel did not have many visitors because of holidays in Albacete. I asked for a quiet room in the higher floor and away from the street, I wanted to sleep well. The hotel refused my request, gave me a room on the 1 st floor and 6:30 I woke up by noise from the rooms above me, sounded like a laundry or something.

We liked the city centre location, attractive room, en suite facilities, bar and cafe attached to the hotel and the fact that almost everything worth seeing in Albacete is within a walk of no more than 15 minutes. The train and bus stations are also within easy walking distance, as are some very good to excellent restaurants.

Could a bottle of water be provided for guests?

Car park exit no good do a long car. Hit my car on the wall. The exit was too tight.

It is very well located near by to the city center. Nice to visit the city and walk around the city center.

It is not really a 4 stars hotel. It is old fashion with very limited investment during last 25-30 years. It looks more like an old 2 or 3 starts hotel.

Location was excellent with underground parking available.

Sadly the room was very dark, basic and plain leaving it uninviting. "Breakfast" that we had paid for within the package was served in a public cafe next door with no options/self service. Consisted of a very hard, dry "tostada" served with just a nasty tasting packet of olive oil and nothing else. My Mum has lived in Spain for almost 20 years and has never, ever had such an appalling offering! Dreadful service in the cafe with an uninterested waiter. Shame as the staff within the hotel were pleasant.

We didn't like having to stay and PAY in a 4****Hotel with no heating for 2days and no hot water for most of another day .The receptionist was totally indifferent to our concerns and either could not hear us ???or understand us.We asked to speak to the manager at least 4 times ,nothing in response.Hopefully you will reply to this seeing as you've asked.Regards
