Pros +
- Hotel bed was not comfortable and becomes boat after the night sleep
- Close to the city, room was fine
- The location was exceptional.
Cons -
- the rationing of the breakfast and the person standing on your head that you should not take more than the allotted quota of items. Thisis very strange practise by hotel. The items were limited and upon ther was restriction of taking quantities. Nobody eats more than the appetite.
- Car park is difficult to access
- The bathroom was really uncomfortable, and the parking isn't free; you have to pay 8 euros, and it doesn't have an EV charger.

Location, friendly staff, clean, comfortable and isolated room. Bed was comfortable and the pillow as well, took a great siësta with the airco on. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient with the restrictions set.
The room is a bit dated, the toilet makes lots of noise when flushing and the shower has not much powerPrice of parking, used street parking instead and paid 0.70€ as Sundays were free
Excellent service especially reception staff. Very good English. Great location.
Position of hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms and shower
Unfortunately the one night we stayed there, was when Spain had the 'power outage'.Obviously can't blame the hotel for that. Can't really comment on anything else due to the power cut
The position is perfect, the availability of the garage a plus!
Cleaning was not perfect.. there was some dust close to the bed, some paper in the sink drain, and the smell of "old fashion".
Central location. Dated but glen and well maintained.
Zero sound insulation between paper thin walls.
The location is great — just a short walk from the train station, which made it very convenient for my travel plans. The room was clean, and I appreciated the size of the bed and especially the comfortable pillows. The breakfast staff, although few, were friendly and attentive. Overall, I felt well taken care of during my stay.
The room wasn’t newly renovated, and while not outdated, the mattress was not comfortable for me. Breakfast was quite basic with limited variety, although service was good. Just a few small touches could have made the stay even better.
Location excellent, few hundred metres in a straight line from the station, the town and tourist trails sit all around. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Ideal for my one night stop over purpose.
I got the feeling as a solo traveller on this occasion I got the left over room. The room whilst clean, still lacked as the decor was tired and the bathroom needs a face lift, showing severe age wear. I’d put this room in the €30/€35 bracket.
Girl on re eption was great and helped me store my bicycle. The building was clean and modern inside.Hotel is very central.
Rooms were a little dated but absolutely fine.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, walk into centre. Comfortable room, liked there were 2 wardrobes and chairs and desk. A bit noisy on first night with enthusiastic guests next door.
Parking garage was tricky to use. Bed a little hard and would have preferred pillows to a bolster. I couldn't work the shower properly, reluctant to push and pull harder on taps as they appeared loose in the wall. Breakfast moment.
Great location with secure underground parking. Really good honest hotel amazing value for money.
The lift did not go to the garage. We struggled with dragging bags up and down the stairs.
I've stayed in this hotel previously. Reasonably priced, no frills, clean, great location and excellent staff......what's not to like?
Spotless, welcoming staff and an excellent breakfast
Location, room size
Breakfast - very poor - only 1 coffee 1 pastry 1 cereal - policed by a very unfriendly man - very poor, just charge more and make the guests feel welcome and let them eat what they like, just like any normal hotel.
The price to quality is very good. We had an open view and although there is traffic outside, with the double windows with double glazing we didn't hear a thing! The room is spacious enough and the bed comfortable. Town centre is just around the corner and the staff is friendly.
We didn't like the one long pillow much. I guess we are pillow huggers. Not a big deal. We felt the bidet was a bit in the way of the bath/shower. Only small things. We'd definitely recommend this place
The front desk staff was super nice and helpful.
Our room smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was not worth it and the guy working there was rude.
Near train and bus station Near bars, restaurants, shopsTop class hotel
Our second time visiting this hotel and will be our go-to hotel in Albacete for the future. So long as its not two single beds put together and it is a double bed, this hotel has everything we need for a great stay.. and its the most conveniently located near the bus and train station. Very happy this time round!
Everything was great.
