Walls are paper thin

The location and the staff of the hotel were great. Even if they didnt speak in english they were willing to help me about everything. Also i leaved for some hours my luggage for free.

My room was in the first floor so i could listen everything for the reception first moning i woke up earlier because someones was speaking loud and the second night some young people were shouting at 2 am for more that 30 minutes and i have to go downstairs in order to make them stop. No hot water! There was a problem and in 2 days didnt fixed. There were some small ants around my room.

All was good. The checkin was simple and quick and staff excellent..Location 5 mins from centre.Adjacent bar and Resturant a touch pricey but good. The afternoon menu del dia was very good, with a full bottle of wine thrown in as it should be. Also a touch pricey.Extra bonus point - bidet in bathroom!

Good location, comfy and clean! ?

The location for sight seeing was superb. Clean, compact rooms. The hotel offers all you need. Ana the receptionist was fantastic and made check in very easy. She also helped to orientate me to where all the famous sites were in location to the Hotel. Plenty of bars nearby for Breakfast etc as the hotel does no catering.

Everything was fine and it was great value for the money. There is no parking in the hotel but there is plenty on the street and also nearby in garages. The hotel could have provided extra towels. My room had no view and looked in on a small interior court yard, I'm not sure if all the rooms are like this.

Location, price and room was very good!

Beds were too soft. Two people sleeping in the same bed kept rolling on each other, as you sank too deep into it. Didn't get a good night sleep at all...

The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak English. At all nice, calm and clean place.

The guests of the suite need to be informed before their coming that the toilet and shower cabine are in the room without any walls.

It's a fairly basic hotel, but clean and neat. Beds were good, and everything worked as it should. Excellent location in Albacete, 5 mins walk to the main square. Small cafe attached for breakfast, coffee's, etc. Free parking in the surrounding streets (Blue zone).

A nice, clean bedroom with air conditioning. Good location near the centre of the city with adjoining bar and restaurant.

Room would have benefitted from more storage space.

Bad

The towels stinked. Wifi didn’t work and the walls are the thinnest walls I’ve ever seen. Impossible to sleep.

Regular hotel, good for a overnight stay in the city. Lovely staff.

Wi-fi was not strong in the room.

Good location, nice shower/bathroom.

The hotel is a bit decadend, the room smells bad (as if it was closed without ventilation for a lond time), bed is not comfortable and sheets are old.

AC in my room doesn’t work well and it was cold at night.

Went to this hotel per business needs. Outdated room with bed and bathroom at the same place. No elevator. I will never book again with booking and raise a claim to my company.

Food and changed room better

There were few rooms in Albacete so we had to pay a high cost for a two nights at 596€. On arrival we had to climb 3 flights of stairs, for our aged 78 year old clients, with large suit cases. The expensive attic room there was no lift for us and even the toilet was in the bedroom. Realising the inappropriate attic room the helpful young staff man, he found a small room with a bathroom and a lift within the different of the building. The difficulty of a smaller room with double bed with should have a lower price. We paid 596€ that was not appropriate and half is reasonable say, 298€. The young staff next day was “helpful” and said that we should contact to BOOKING.com. !!??! I have been attending the September feria in Albacete since 1966 and never had such a strange room with no lift and high cost.

There was mould in the shower. We requested a babycot, which they did not provide and instead told us to push the beds together and have our baby in the middle.The walls were paper thin and could hear both occupants either side.
