Staff was very nice and professinal, great customer service. Hotel was nice and clean.

There was no wardrobe in the room, no free drinking water, and the surroundings were run-down. The hotel did not look impressive from the outside.

It is completely understaffed, there was not enough of staff for breakfast, the tables were dirty and not cleaned, there was no place to sit, and in the end there was nothing to eat. The breakfast offer was extremely poor. There was no organisation whatsoever, complete mess. This hotel is overpriced as the quality of the service is very mediocre.

Pleasant

There was an unfriendly man at the reception (on the night shift), he didn't even answer "good evening", he looked at people with an angry expression on his face, and it was difficult/unpleasant for him to answer questions. I don't understand how you can hire such unfriendly people for such a job.

Breakfast was great, all staff were lovely and friendly. The beds were comfy and the black out blinds were great.

The toilets were small and tiny, no extractor fans. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, the cleaners were rude and walked into the room without knocking. And would then continue to knock a number of times. Couldn’t speak English, difficult to speak to if you need things like extra pillows. The rooms were very small, quite dirty and the location was out the way from a lot of places

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was only a 10-minute drive to the beach, which was very convenient. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer, TV, and air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the mattresses were. I absolutely loved them. You have parking facility 10euro per day, however you can park in the Main Street for free (if you find a spot!).

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Good location , sensibly priced

The hotel is sited in what’s best described as a run down industrial estate , the car parks are in a very poor state . The hotel is in dire need of a revamp , our room had been heavily scented which was over powering , in the morning having used the shower the bedroom carpets were soaked , hence the cover up scents , I’m sure it was once fairly good but it’s now I would suggest , only just open

Staff was friendly, room was cozy and clean, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was fine.

It has a payable parking for a car in garage 10€/day, otherwise you can leave the car infront of hotel for free.

Very primitive

Location was good. About 15 mins drive from the prominent places in Anyibes

There is a male receptionist who was very rude and unprofessional to us. We heard about his rude behavior from other guests during breakfast. We were offered room 001 (beware, don’t fall for it) where the ac was not working. Luckily they changed our room after we complained. Later I read in google reviews that the ac in that particular room never worked.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms

The rooms and hotel were clean . Location was also good for what we required.

Once breakfast was over there was very little available in terms of food and the pizza that was on offer was heated in a microwave for €13 .

The parking garage was spacious.

I got a room with a water leak (wet carpet), but they couldn't do anything for me because they were fully booked. No refund. I didn't even get a receipt at the end, because the person handling the counter didn't know how to print it. They promised to send it by email the same day, but that never happened, even though I sent a reminder the same evening. Really bad for business travellers. When they got me an new room after 2 wet nights I gave them my luggage in the morning and the girl at the counter in the evening had no idea where my luggage was and needed to hunt it. Bad internal communication obviously. Every day a new person at the counter that didn't know what happened before.

The staff at reception are great and very helpful. The room was quite nice and clean . Bus stop just 2 min from the hotel and very easy transport either to Nice airport or down to port. Bkf also very satisfying,

Very clean, dog friendly, dog exercise area. Very good breakfast

Coffee at breakfast could be better. Tea bags would be more convenient than loose tea.
