Convenient access to Nice. Free parking. Rooms are updated and clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very spacious room, comfortable parking, I enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of options. Location is a bit strange, too far from center of Antibes to walk probably, but maybe it's a good thing in busy months.

Breakfast - exactly the same for 4 days. Not much of an atmosphere. Relatively long (and not that nice ) walk to the centre of Antibes. No parking available when we returned to the hotel later in the evening.

The wifi was in and out, so very difficult to stream a radio broadcast. No 'entertainment channels' in English on TV

The room is lovely with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

It’s around a 25 minute walk to the Old Town.

It looks like an outdated hotel, lacking amenities, the carpet in the room is stained, the doors are peeling, they don't even offer you a normal glass in the room, everything is paper and cardboard.

ONLY THE ENTRACE SHOULD HAVE BETTER SMELLAND WHEN I BOOKED THEY KEPT SOME DEPOSIT FROM CREDIT CARD / AND WHEN I CHECKED OUT THE TOOK THE FULL AMOUNT / SO I HAVE TO WAIT AND ACTUALLY STILL WAITING FOR ME MONEY TO GO BACK

This hotel is really fantastic, I am surprised the other reviews were not better, the staff were extremely helpful, granting our special request cheerfully, location is good, view wonderful, clean, comfortable bed, very easy drive to airport so it was an ideal location for the last night of our holiday.

Very helpful & friendly staff. Clean, spacious room and great facilities. The breakfast selection was very good but maybe a little expensive for what it is. But still very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was that the pole inside the wardrobe was quite low so all of my things that were hanging were too long and as I was here for work I was trying to keep everything without creases. But that’s such a minor thing that it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again! The room and the facilities within the room were great.

The property is clean and the rooms are spacious. 25 mins walk to old Antibes ( walking slowly with kids). But it has all amenities needed. The room we had had a wonderful sea view and close by a Boulanger for fresh bread/ pastries and a Spar. The staff however was the highlight! There were some issues with our reservation due to something that didn’t sync with the booking.com system however the reception staff and the manager solved it for us in a kind, respectful and patient way. We ended up having a solution that worked for us, they offered a discount and nice drinks. It was one of those times when people do really make the place. We ended up having a great stay and would go back again.

All staff from initial contact on arrival to breakfast to departure were very friendly and helpful. The room was a surprise, clean and tidy and just what I needed for my one night stay. Breakfast was plentiful and I was able to get some eggs and coffee which is always a god start to the day.

Good location & descent hotel .The staff are friendly especially the receptionist Mr. cyrle he was very kind & helpful.

The breakfast was very good and the hotel is within walking distance of the beach close to the train station. There are numerous restaurants close to the hotel to have lunch or dinner. The hotel also has a nice bar. The staff at the check in desk were very friendly and professional and the staff during breakfast were also very friendly. The free parking on site was also a welcome bonus
