Location was great, staff very friendly, and the parking garage convenient.

The floor in the room could have been cleaner and the pillows were not that comfortable.

A very nice and welcoming hotel, just a few steps from the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the parking, which can be a bit tricky. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The hotel has a great location and the breakfast was adequate. The lady serving was very nice.

The hotel is run down and you have to iron your shirt in a utility room.

The location is very good, close to the beach, it takes around ten minutes to walk to the old town here, with many local specialty shops and scenery.Not close to the main road, so it's not very noisy at night.The room size good, with large bed and Type-C port, is convenient.

Some loopholes in ant control work. After waking up on the last night, I found many ants on the floor (Other times no), hope can pay attention to it.

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. Everything else? Budget airline vibes, minus the safety briefing.

You’ve ever wanted to experience sleeping next to a toilet while enjoying the late-night drama of drunk students slamming doors and shouting till 4AM — this is your dream hotel! Soundproofing? Who needs it when you can feel your bedside table shake with every door slam?Need breakfast? Hope you booked it last week. If not, you’ll be politely told to find coffee in a thunderstorm. Don’t worry, you couldn’t make it in the room anyway — there’s no kettle, mugs, or anything remotely useful. The room is basically just a bed in a box.Parking? Only if your car is toy-sized and you’ve trained for the Monaco Grand Prix. Want to pay in cash? Good luck — no change, no help, just a cheerful “sorry!”

The hotel was well located, a short walk from the station and 20 minutes from the harbour and Old Town. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The bathroom drains had a musty smell and the room felt damp. There were accumulated dust and dirt in the corners and in the vents. There were also lots of ants in the room, on the floor and in the bed.

great value for money considering the location, and got a really massive room too. reception guy was also friendly and nice. overall impressive hotel for the price

room doesn't have any humidifier and heater works non stop, my nose bleed in the morning because of lack of humidity in the room. To go inside at night you need to have a card for the outside door, I did got stuck for a while cause card wasn't working but a night worker came and opened it,so it was good.

It is really close to walk to train station as well as the Old Town/Beach area. The reception personnel are extremely helpful.

Walking to the old city center at night from the hotel was slightly scary, but I think it's because very few people stay in Antibes during the winter.We paid for the breakfast once, and it was clearly overpriced for what it was. There's no buffet, you just get served a couple of things, and that's it.While most of the staff were lovely, we had one very negative experience. One of the afternoons we passed by the hotel to fetch a couple of things from our rooms (we were 3 people staying in 2 rooms). For our surprise we got scolded by the person in the reception desk because us accessing our rooms in the middle of the day was apparently very annoying to the cleaning lady that was trying to clean the hall. I never in my life got scolded in a hotel for trying to access my room. I found this behavior very unprofessional. The guy made it sound like we were amusing ourselves by going up and down to our rooms, but we were just trying to get everything we needed to leave for our afternoon of tourism.

The staff were very professional. They gave us clear instructions on parking and were helpful with local information.

Friendly and helpful staff, location was perfect 5 minutes walk from the train and 5 minutes walk from the port. Breakfast was good starts from 0700
