The room

The bar staff who couldn¿t be bothered to go to the kitchen and get some bread for my friend who has a medical condition and told me to go to the local convenience store. Shocking - not even a bag of crisps!

We couldn’t enjoy the spa area, but it looked very nice

Our bedroom (studio) was a bit dirty, especially the toilet where it had big humidity and black spots on the wall.The smell was too much of humidity.

Everything was perfect. The spa was really very nice. The sea water pool is unmissable. The staff is very nice.The only thing I disliked is the toilet in the residence rooms. It really needs to be renovated, but other than that, the hotel is amazing.

Good size rooms, good location. I love coming here in winter to recover.

It would be great to restore shuttle bus service between the hotel and Antibes.

The price per night was ok. Pool ok but has salty water so not ideal for kids. Spa facilities not very practical with shower in the changing room passing in front of the spa reception. The Sauna was under renovation which I was aware of before coming.

I did not like the comfort of the bed and smell in the room (heavy cigarette smell). We stayed for 9 nights in a studio and the cleaning service should have come half way during our stay but we never seen anyone, nor had our bedding/shower linen changed...

It is my third stay at this hotel. What makes it so special is heated sea water pool, which is such a treat during winter months.

Clean and convenient room.A super place to stay - regrettably, I was only stopping briefly, as a base for a couple of days' work, but would love to use the therapies available...

I had hoped to use the spa rooms during the one evening I was there - for which I had paid in my room rate - but I discovered these were closed at 17h00, when they were advertised as open until after 19h00...

Pools are a nice facility to have.One lady on reception was most helpful.

Not a great location. Room was unclean when we entered, dirty dishes, food on floor, bin bags left outside room for most of our stay, grubby carpet outside room door.A lot of dogs passed through the gardens beyond our patio with constant dog dirt left. We stayed in the residence so did not have robes, there is no changing room at the indoor pool so this was tricky. There may have been changing rooms but we could not find for did anyone help us.

Friendly staff on reception, If you have a car it's nice location, room was clean, kitchen were equipped with cleaning amenities but also enough facilities to prepare your breakfast, towels are not replaced and there is no everyday cleaning but for us it was ok.

Didn't like we had room on the ground floor, you have literally no view.

I have pretty poor French but all the staff at the hotel were happy to use English when asked.The facilities in the spa were excellent.

Good size room. Able to use the pool. No posh in any way. It was a very functional place to sleep.

Not able to exchange towels for free. Kitchen area is dark. No mirror in the dressing area.

We had a family vacation in 5 persons for 5 days and booked apartments. Apartments were in a ground floor, so you won't get any view from your balcony, your view will be full of bushes. I recommend to everyone to check what floor the apartment is offered. During 5 days nobody cleaned our apartments, after 3 days we put a tag to clean our room, when we were back, nothing changed. Nobody cleaned our rooms, nobody changed towels within 5 days. We had to go to reception every day to ask a toilet paper. There is a kitchenette in the room, all pots and pans are old and not possible to cook food properly. When we checked in, all dishes were greasy and we had to clean them. For 5 days they left us only 1 tablette for dishwasher. Rooms are very weared of. The hotel area with pools is beautiful and it raised our moods. There is enough space for everyone and a lot of sunbeds. The hotel location is not comfortable without a car. Fortunately we had a car and could move wherever we wanted, but on foot it will be complicated.

The restaurant is absolutely superb, highly recommended.The pool area has plenty of loungers and is nice and relaxed.The views are great.The facilities in the apartments are good.The shuttle to Antibes is handy.

Housekeeping wasn’t brilliant. We were there 9 nights so the cleaners can in only once.That was ok but only after our midway cleaning did we realise that they actually provided some basics like washing up liquid and cloths as they weren’t there on check in. Also, they say that you have to sweep through and put the rubbish bags out. This is ok but they also tell you to clean all of the crockery before you leave and this clearly wasn’t checked as we had to wash everything before we used it. We raised it with the manager (also one other issue) but they weren’t that bothered and didn’t address the second issue at all.Shame as overall it’s a really lovely property with some great staff.

This isn’t a good part of Antibes. If you want a nicer part stay in old town, this is good if you want to stay around the pool all day and in the property. We had to take our own rubbish out at end (we didn’t see anyone else have to do it) we also had to purchase any additional toilet paper we used. The restaurant staff were not very accommodating we waited 20 minutes to be served and was ignored. No food or drinks down in pool area. Better location for retired couples. Also had to pay extra for robes you weren’t able to keep and very outdated. There were no condiments in the room either with kitchen no oil or salt or pepper which was disappointing.

The bathroom was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette was modest but it had everything for simple cooking. There was also a small box with dishsoap, sponge and a garbage bag. The outside and inside pool area was very nice and there were plenty of lounge chairs. Beware the water is salty. The staff were all very friendly.

The studio was a little worn down. Some of the flooring was coming loose and closet doors were hard to open. Outlets were very limited, so it was hard to charge. We could only use the 2 outlets behind the TV. The kitchenette had a dishwasher but no tablets. Also no kitchen towels or paper. The spa area had one sauna and small hammam. The hammam was very dark but you could still see that there were a lot of broken tiles on the floor and the seats were stained. Also, the bathrobes cost extra. The front receptionist was struggling to speak English, so we didn't get any introduction to the place(where is the restaurant, spa, pools, opening hours etc.).
